aik murahnye kena bayar 1600++ aje.. tu interest berapa percent tu? the whole tenure 30 years ke 1600++?

yeap umah sunway alam suria tu memang kecik aje.. keluasan umah tu hanya 20x65.. aku beli pun sebab nak umah ada tingkap tepi.. jadi terang sikit umah ada natural sunlight

macam agak kecik lah..

tapi ada laman sikit kat tepi kan.. terpulang la.. sesetgh org rimas kalau dok umah intermediate ni sbb nak kan ada laman. tapi bagi i, memang la kalau ada laman tu advantage, tapi saiz bukaan dalam rumah tu pun penting sebenarnya.. most of the time kita dok dalam rumah. kalau kecik sgt takut kurang selesa pulak. unless la kalau u ada planning nak buat renovation besarkan rumah semi-d cluster tu. maybe boleh dipertimbangkan.

cuba u selak2 belakang, i rasa ada satu thread pasal lebar daun ni.. nak beli rumah, reputation developer penting sangat.. i dah terkena sekali, memang serik x ingat punya..

bagi saya kat dalam umah Alam Suria tu takde la nampak kecik sangat, sebab cara design dia tu nampak dia luas.. tangga naik ke tingkat atas tu dia letak kat tepi.. so nampak luas la ruang tamu n dining hall tu.. tapi takleh laa beli perabot besar2 gedabak bila nak furnish nanti kan sebab mmg ruang pun tak seberapa besar.... dapur pun just nice untuk letak L-shape cabinet, fridge pastu letak meja kecik kat situ..

kalau luas dlm rumah besar ni - 19'9'' X 41'2'' bagi i mcm kecik lah...
tapi kalau luas dlm rumah 20 X 65, itu ok, dah kira standard kebanyakkan double storey kat malaysia nih..

Sunway alam suria semi d(65x30) mmg kecik kalau nak banding ngan umah-umah
lain.. kalau nak compare ngan guthrie punya rumah rata-rata dalam (70x20)..

Tapi bila tgk built up area untuk Sunway alam suria ni ok gak.. around 1800++ square feet dan yang 70x20 pulak dalam 1700++ square feet..

Sunway alam suria aku pilih pun pasal ada tanah lebih kurang 10' kat belah tepi dan kalau compare harga dengan harga rumah corner or end lot aku rasa lebih murah semi d kat alam suria nie..

itu pendapat aku laa..

ish...jangan tertipu dgn monthly payment yg I bagi tu...yg tu kalau buat ngan Affin bank for 40 year at 95% loan....ini je yg termampu nak bayar monthly nye....terpaksa...walaupun other banks offer lagi bagus interms of rates n other related matters....I ni fikir...every 10 years after that nak kuar KWSP...buat cover balik n shortern the payment period...so...takde la sampai umur 70 tahun...masih dok bayar umah lagi....bagi yg mampu tuh...jgn buat macam I....rugi rasanya....

btw, hari ni I ambik time off semata2 nak g survey lagi rumah area sunway sana...ni baru balik dari time off lah ni....

then, I went to Alam Budiman....adoi....skang memang dah confuse habis....besar betul rumah dia...built-up 2600....compared to SemiD Alam Suria...built-up 1800...price dia 274K....tapi langsung xde compromise tang deposit....nak jugak2 10%...teruk betul....kalau Alam Suria tu....3% jer....

yeap i pun berkenan kat alam budiman.. design cantik.. finishing cantik..  last time i pegi tengok masa tu murah betul.. 20x70 pun less than 250K..  tapi masa tu tak rasa  nak beli lak

Rumah Alam Impian memang superb, furnishing pun superb, ni project I & P. Very good reputation.

Berkenan sungguh dgn semi-D kat Alam Impian, besides tiles 2' x 2', bathroom kat masterbedroom jugak besar.

The best things is actually its located nearby Klang River. Good view

Pastu kalu nk pegi Uptown seksyen 24 bley berenang rentas sungai (hiway lom siap)

tp umah situ dsl bese pun min 325k..
