saturday wat lagi roti lak nak sumbat blue berry tu comot betul sebiji aja boleh lepas tu pun puas buat sulam tampal kat bun tu...comot terus tak buat inti blue berry...
nak korek rahsia secret resepi tanya orang jakim yang bagi sijil halal tu sure dia orang tau sebab process penghalalan ni kan very detail semua ingredients kena list out nanti baru dpt sijil...

Kak Noor, sue pun dah buat donut akak hr sabtu n ahad..hr sabtu buat 1adunan aje...x cukup rupa2nya...abah sue kata xsedap...tp hubby n mak kata sedap...ada ke abah sue kata x de rasa cam dunkin donut pun...tp dia mkn byk...pastu esoknya pagi2 tanya lg ada x donut lg....tu smpi dua-dua hari mkn donut...br dia tau penangan donut akak....thank you so much akak...

try resepi nie, dah cuba buat, boleh tahan jugak

Bahan2:

7 cawan tepung
1 cwn susu segar (suam)
2/3 cawan shorterning
1 paket yis
1 cawan air suam
2/3 cwn gula
2 biji telur - dipukul
sedikit garam

Cara buat:

1.Campurkan yis dengan air suam, biarkan yis kembang (dlm 10 minit) dan campurkan susu
2. Pukul shortening dan gula
3. Masukkan telur
4.Tambahkan garam ke dalam campuran yis (yis+susu)
5. Masukkan tepung,shorterning dan yis
6. Uli hingga lembut
7. Cover dan biarkan doh jadi 2 kali ganda
8. Canai doh dalam 1/2 inci
9. Terap dan biarkan doh naik 2 kali ganda lagi.
10.Goreng dengan minyak yang banyak

p/s Adunan nie boleh buat lebih kurang 50 biji donut, kalau banyak boleh di bekukan.

betul tuh..

kat sini ada donut inti krim dlmnya..krim dr krim putar...sedap sgt, ekceli tuh donut frozen..dah siap berinti krim klu nak makan thawed kan aje pd suhu bilik..pastu ngap...sejuk je rasa krim dlm nya tuh....:love:kawan akak kat M'sia klu hubbynya dtg meeting sini..mesti pesan suruh akak beli donut nih, kasi hubbynya wat balik M'sia..:bgrin:

montel dah cuba pagi tadi resepi suria modified sue..mmg sedap sangat lembut jer..montel saja bwk dtg ofis n simpan ptg ni..baru makan tapi donutnya lembut lagi..tima kasih sue n suria..

ari tu weekend try buat donut resepi kak noor... (kalau tak silap ler.. ker resepi mak lang... selalu konpius dgn 2 nama nie)

resepi kak noor nie, sedap.. tapi menguli sampai nak tercabut tgn pun tepung lekat-lekat jugak skit kat jari.

sama sama kasih so boleh lah inject blue berry kat donut ni? masa dah kembang ke sebelum kemabng? bukan ke blue berry tu ada biji biji dia hak jual kat donkin donut tu mana ada buah bery nya..last saturday beli 12 ketul donut sebab lama dah tak rasa tu dia 17 hinggit +++ anak suka cream bavarian tu camne buat ya? cream boston pun sedap....blueberry pun beli..

camna nak bekukan tu? semalam wat donat utk my doter g tadika. sbb nak digoreng pagi, rimbun masukan jer dlm peti ais, bila dah di gentel jd donat tuh. tup tup pagi td tgk dah tenggelam semuanyer isk isk isk... kesian plak ler kat my doter. last2 rimbun goreng ler jugak. but agak mampat ler. but bole ler makannnnnnn. kesian anak rimbunnn

minta tolong yerrr kawan2 yang tau camna nak frozen donat nih. supaya pagi2 bole terus goreng...

klu nak bekukan kena grg 1/2 masak dulu.. sejukkan then baru masukkan dlm bekas simpan kat freezer..

tp kalau nak mkn utk esok.. tak payah masuk freezer,... memadai grg 1/2 masak & letak dlm bekas kedap. letak jek kat atas meja..esok grg balik...

baru-baru ni kakliza saja lah buat dounut topping coklat.. kebetulan ada coklat cair lebihan buat stoberi tu..



DONUT

Bahan A
600 gm tepung gandum
100 gm tepung naik sendiri
100 gm gula
30 gm susu tepung
1 s/k garam
11 gm [ 1 paket] yis mauripan

Bahan B
1 biji telur [pukul sikit]
330 ml air suam
60 gm majerin
1 s/k bread softener [optional]

Bahan C [untuk goreng donut]
500 ml minyak
1 s/b majerin

Coklat cream [masak secara double boil]
250 gm cooking coklat
30 cocoa-butter

Bahan Hiasan
manik warna warni

Cara
1. Gaulkan semua bahan A supaya sama rata.
2. Masukkan pula bahan B dan kacau rata menggunakan mesin selama 20 minit.
3. Perapkankan selama 1 jam atau sehinga naik sekali ganda.
4. Ambil adunan dan canaikan supaya rata. Terapkan dengan acuan donut.
5. Biarkan donut naik lagi selama 20 - 30 minit.
6. Panaskan bahan C dan masukkan donut . Perlahan api.
7. Goreng donut sehingga kuning keemasan.
8. Angkat dan sejukkan.
9. Celupkan dalam cooking coklat yg telah cair.
10. Taburkan hiasan. Hidangkan.
