tgh tunggu ni...adik nak buat pavlova, tak sabar sebab dah lama tak makan...selalu kena buat sendiri, kali ni org buatkan...dgn harapan oven tak buat hal...

hi, jsut nk share, klu ikut apa yg saya baca, if pavlova jadi mcm tuh, means gula x hancur. kiranya masa u mix/beat caster sugar dgn egg white tuh, gula tuh x hancur/halus. sebb tuh lepas bakar dia jadi berair.

oleh kerana akak tak pernah buat pavlova..akak nak tanya uols  nape pavlova jadi liat?adakah terkena angin keranan terdedah terlalu lama diluar atau ada faktor2 lain.Ada kawan akak teringin nak makan pavlova tapi bila beli dia dpt pavlova yg liat.Dia tanya akak mcm mana rasa pavlova ni..akak tak reti nak ajwab sebab tak pernah rasa & buat

kak kodok try la wat nnt. Jangan lupa kurangkan gula dalam makanan, tambahkan manis dalam senyuman eceh..ceh..hahaha
