debar2 nak timbang rabu ni.. ada 2 hari lg... minggu ni byk gak makan.. laksa, nasi ayam, nasi lemak, kuew teow(makanan yg high carbs ) semua makan.. selalunya mkn berat samada pg atau tghari..tp tetap kawal kalori seharian.. apapun rasa takut gak nk timbang smlm coz mkn nasi ayam smp 3 kali... haha tghari , ptg , mlm.. saya cuba cover dgn senaman.. sejak mkn carbs yg berat waktu pagi/tghari ni rasa byk plak inchi bdn turun.. air mmg minum byk.. saya tetap selang hari utk senaman selama 30 min atau kurang2 sehari dptkn 200++ kalori sekali senaman |

Minggu tanpa senaman sebab kaki sakit, nak jalan pun susah.. baru jer gi urut petang tadi..
Minggu dengan air yg kurang.. sebab banyak sgt aktiviti.. huhuhu

normal la tu hana..makin kurang lemak dlm badan makin susah badan kita nak give up lemak2 tu...
mcm hana bmi dah normal.. lagi lagi la susah.....
hana ada angkat berat tak? kalau hana tak buat..ini lah masanya...
angkat berat membantu menaikkan metabolisme dgn kehadiran otot...
body pun akan jadi makin tone n lawa... |
