Nak tanya sikit, rasanye kat page belakang ada kot tapi rasanya x sempat dah nak belek...  Soklan pertama : saya nak ke bandung sabtu ni seramai 9 org.. kalau nak wat web check-in wajib ke masukkan no pasport @ letak no ic je..
Dan soklan kedua, saya ada buatkan booking utk kwn saya ke langkawi utk bulan april nanti, tp masalahnye bila dah success semua baru perasan ada kesalahan nama satu huruf.. so, camne ye? Saya ingatkan hari sabtu ni sebelum nak kebandung, saya nak settlekan jap problem tu kat kaunter, tp agak2 kaunter nak ke ic org yg nak pergi tu.. ada sapa2 boleh tolong jawabkan...  |

suzie...........klu nk keluar negara, wajib isi no pasport untuk web check in.
akak masa beli letak no ic je. so bila nak buat web check in.....kalau kita tak isi no pasport tu memang tak lepas.
untuk kesilapan huruf nama kawan tu.....tak menjadi masalah besar.
cuma takut/risau kawan kita tu pulak yang risau masa nak fly, sila betulkan dan klu dpt minta fotokopi ic kwn tu.
klu nak betulkan dikaunter mereka akan minta salinan tu. |

 itu kelebihan web check in awal2.
kita dpt cop seat kita dan boleh decide samada nak beli seat ke tidak klu 'party' kita tu duduk bercerai berai. |

- If you wish to be transferred to the above mentioned MH flight;
Or should you wish to move* to any of our other AirAsia X flights of your choice, please kindly email us at [email protected]
If in the event you wish to re-route, we will allow the following exceptions:
- move your flight to another date of your choice*
- a name change#

Also, please find attached a letter confirming the suspension of this route, for your travel insurance provider should you require it.

For FLY THRU guests please be assured we will exercise our best efforts to enable you to have a seamless connection to your final destination, however there may be limited instances where we can only get a seat for your connecting flights to match the cancelled flight within +/- 1 day.

ohhh..........klu stay Bangi dn nk bertolak lepas subuh, kira masih ok.
tp jgn pulak lepas subuh jam 7 baru nak bertolak....mmg haru dibuatnya.
tp klu nk selesa, no problem bertolak sebelum subuh.
sampai sana boleh solat dulu, mudahan urusan dipermudahkan. |

yg ni pengalaman saya.....biasanya saya beli tiket pakai no ic tp skrg kalau isi no ic kalau tak letak passport expired date tak bole lepas......sama gak masa nak buat web check in....kalau tak letak date tu tak bole buat web check in...apa yg saya buat ialah column passport tu masih guna no ic tapi date tu buat dummy je lah dan tadak masalah masa nak boarding...agak leceh kalau group kita tu ramai dan nak kena minta passport dorang dulu utk buat web check in.....bole melambung bil tepon kita nak tanya sorang2....
baru ni pegi Bali...skrg dah tak perlu verified boarding pass....bila tunjuk dia suruh terus masuk ke gate.....dulu kena chop kat kaunter...masa balik dari Bali pun sama |

smlm nk wat web check in.. nak beli 1 seat saje sbb yg 1 seat ni dh terpisah dgn 2 seat yg lain. masa nak byr tu, cuma keluar option credit card payment. camne eh nk pilih byr thru cimb? time memula beli ticket tu mmg guna cc pun tp setakat nk beli 1 seat rega rm6 better transfer cimb aje |

saya pun baru add on bagasi dan seat untuk flight bulan depan....tapi saya bayar ngan direct debit bole je...saya belum penah lagi beli seat thru web check in...biasanya saya beli dlm manage my booking |
