ANEKA PASTA & LASAGNA

pagi tadi masak pasta bawah ni.......

Pappardelle dan Udang

Bawang besar merah/kuning - hiris
1 biji tomato - potong 4, buang biji kalau bijinya banyak
Lada Jeruk - jalapeno jeruk; dan ambil airnya sikit
Udang - buang kulit dan potong
Gula, lada hitam garam

Pappardelle (pasta nipis)

Tumis bawang hingga kekuningan, masukkan tomato... tumis sebentar hingga masak, masukkan lada jeruk dan air jeruk sikit, tumis lagi dan masukkan udang hingga masak.  Perasakan dengan gula, lada hitam dan garam.  Masukkan pappardelle yang sudah dimasak tadi.

Sedia untuk dimakan.

hyee..wah..i baru terjumpa forum ni..sbenanya i pon suka wat pasta ni..sng..campak2 siap..hahah..skang tgh craving masak olio..huhu..ni my simplest recipe..bole kot kongsi ngn u ols..hhehe..tp.i takde gmbr la...huhu

fettucine olio

-bwg putih..(pada i lagik byk lg sedap)
-bwg besar holland (potong dadu)
-cili kering (no gnjil la..tak kesah la..5 ke..7 ke..)
-udang
-sotong
-dory fillet
-tomato

1) tumis bwg putih ngn butter..tmbah sket olive oil
2) masuk kan bwg holland ngn cili kering
3) masuk seafood..tutup..pastikan tutup supaya air udang..sotong ngn ikan tu kuar...so..kuah dia lg menarik la rsnye..
4) letak garam sket..
5) masukkan tomato..kot nak letak parsley pon boleh tp i tak suke sgt letak parsley..huhu
6) haa...siap dh..cmpurkan la pasta tu..tak kesah la nak letak ape..fettucine ke..spagethi ke..angelhair..linguine..sume bole..huhu..

then..nnti i kongsi recipe carbonara i..gaya org bujang punya la jugak...hahah..sedap tau..jgn lupe try..huhu

hat ni wani guna sos putih n sos spaghetti


hati ni wani guna telur je utk pelekat dia

feedback? tentulah yg guna sos putih n pasta sauce tu lebih sedap dan mengasyikkan!

nak tanya sikit..sari selalu buat pasta goreng..tapi selalu kering laa...mcm mana nak kasi basah skit...anak2 x suka kering2... ..thanks

ahaa kan... air rebusan pasta tu, selalunya nampak sedap, mcm clear sup... leh guna yek?? selama nie mis ingat air rebusan pasta, kena buang... hehehe, lepas nie... leh laa, guna wat sup gak, air rebusan tersebut... temtating tul...

me personally lebih suka TAK GUNA telur.
sbb rasa dia saling tak tumpah macam murtabak! hehe{:3_81:}

wani suka yg guna dua sos utk baked mac ni.
sos putih and sos pasta.

tp terpulang juga pada selera masing2.
ada yg mmg suka guna telur utk 'gam' kan macaroni.

kalau guna filling yg taruk rempah kari, kentang n sebagainya tu mmg ler rasa murtabak..
cuba guna yg base filling dia byk tomato, taruk rempah kari skettt aje then jgn taruk kentang [ala-ala base bolognese tapi kene buh pes cili n rempah kari sket  aje masa tumis..sayur mcm celery, carrot, terung, cendawan, bwg beso buh byk sket n bayleaf jgn lupa]

wani..aritu buat tanpa letak telur, cuma guna cheese jek..
pastu bila dah siap bakar..time nak potong tu, makaroni x melekat antara yg lain & daging kisar tu...err mcm mana nak terang erk...ala..dia jd cam makaroni goreng biasa..haha...sadis tol..kena mkn guna sudu...

nk taruk telur boleh tp gn byk sgt telur tuh... katakan lah satu tray, just guna sebijik ajerk... just utk melekatkan... kalau byk tu yg jadi serupa murtabak dah rasanya...

Ana ada buat macaroni& cheese bakar....first time buat..mcm ok....boleh potong kuib..tapi second and third time buat...masa potong tu relai je..tak leh potong ...kenapa yek?? macam dry je..anybody can help?
