bentuknye sama cam dadih kat dlm cup tue..
tapi jelly kelapa ni jernih cam warna air kelapa..kat atas skali ada isi kelapa..
hhmmm bestnye mkn sejuk2..
rasa dia cam air kelapa...

isi tu akn naek sndiri ke atas..xyah ko susah2 nk amek pelampung bg dia terapung..

a;ah, senang jer buat dia .. guna 100% air kelapa muda pun lg best.. sebab rasa dia sebijik mcm air kelapa tu. isi dia akan terapung sendiri dlm cup. kalau mendap kat bawah, juz kacau skit dgn sudu.. nanti dia ok semula..

dulu makan jelly ni kat satu Chinese Restaurant kat KK, Sabah..kat restaurant derang hidang dalam buah kelapa..kalau nak makan kena scoop then letak dalam mangkuk..mmg sedap gilerrrr..

1/2 bungkus agar-agar 24gm (12 gm le tu)
1 cawan gula (cwn sukat tu, bukan cwn teh heheh)
2.5 Liter cecair ( air / campuran santan / susu )

bila mengeras nnt dpt tekstur yg just nice.

kalu nk buat dadih pulak, campuran susu + air saya jadikan 3 - 3.5 liter
kalau ada tambahan tepung kastad , air saya tambah 3 - 3.5 liter, bergantung pd jumlah kastad. (normally 2 sudu kastad, air 3L)
