tx suffah.....nak try dlm 1 month at least turn 2-3 kg sebulan pun dah besar rahmat....td i dah try ..well rasa n abu ala la product lagi satu tu ..cuma bila dah minum dia lite skit ....ok la...

Amik gak yong tau fu... tapi selalu amik jenis sayur ajer... kangkung kadang2 sampai 2 ikat... bendi... cili...cendawan... n tauhu... sejak diet ambik yang ini jer lah.. kadang2 teringin nak amik sutun ker.. fishball ker... tapi dah setkan.. tak bley.. tak bley.... sudah nye amik sayur ajer...
sejak amik sm5 nie dah tak makan sos dia.. selalu makan dengan soup jerk.. huhu tawar hebeh.... tapi nak buat cam ner.. dietkan....  kalau cam saya seminggu kene ambik gak nasik.. selang 2-3 hari sekali... itu pun separuh... nak tinggal terus tak bley.. hehehe... tapi ok lah... pagi makan mihun.... petang balik keje baru makan... makan macam saya kata tadi ler... yong tau fo... steam boat... tapi sayur n soup... sos takdak....
rasa2 menu saya ni ok tak....

huji....boleh jer sesekali reward ur self dengan yong tau fu tu..........ambil yang based sayur...nak yang balls tu dua tiga empat balls pun tak aper.....and then kuahnya..jangan cedok isi ngan kuah sekali...guna garfu...meaning...bashlah sikit benda2 tu ngan kuah YTF tadi..takdaklah tawar heber............kak lid pun suka YTF ni....kat bangi ada satu tempat YTF die memang superb rasa kuahnya.............jangan siksa diri sangat k...........

Keh2 kalau nak amik gak, time menu lain less standby siap2 perut, mmg standby kalori utk yong tau fu hahaha.

Tapi if tengok kalori pasembor 752kcal tu. Leh bayang tak segala bola2 dalam tu .... baik sebat nasi minyak ka, beriani gam ka ... lg best .... Puas hati ...

tp huji frankly speaking, mmg saya makan nasi minyak... mee bandong ... mee kari etc la ikut tekak haha. Tp kena bijak ... kita less kalori meal yg lain2 simpan siap2 utk menu yg kita rasa nak makan ... cara camni leh less pressure. Bila tak pressure sonang turun. Kesan superb gak tau ...

1 gram lemak akan memberi sebanyak 9 kalori
1 gram protein akan memberi sebanyak 4 kalori sahaja
1 gram karbohidrat akan memberi sebanyak 3.75 kalori
