tahniah tini for the new house, mmg terujakan, my advise pulak, buat yg penting2 dulu, first lampu2 tu kena pasang dulu, then kipas2 segala (air-cond optional la kan, ikut budget kalo ada), grill tu penting gak, nanti kalo takde, nampak lampu dlm cantik karang, lesap la pulak (mintak jauh la kan), sebelum hike masuk pindah hari tu, grill, lampu and kipas dah pasang dulu, ttg kitchen cabinet lak, hike baru siap last week, after duduk almost 4 months, hike buat kat SCI (U shape), bukan solid nyatoh la, jenis yg satu lagi tu, murah skit katanye, atas bawah, around RM5K. itu my survey la, i rasa agak berbaloi since my kitchen agak besar, and plus atas bawah lagi.

Ada org berpendapat beli rumah pada harga yg kita mampu dulu....jgn fikir sgt pasal kecik ke besar...yang penting itu adalah harta kita....and then bila dah mampu betul2...belilah yg besar dan memenuhi keselesaan.....apa pendapat korng?

double storey teraace house. 20 x 70 4 bed rooms, 2 halls (atas n bawah) land area infront and rear.

kalo ikut logik nye mmg bole buat cenggitu, tapi tgk la skrg ni ha, harga rumah melambung-lambung, tak lama lagi mcm payah nak carik rumah yg below 250K,  kalo ada pun apartments, or yg berbatu-batu from KL, dah la berita terkini, plus toll akan naik lagi 10% next year, so for those yg keje are kl kena la carik apartment skrg ni harga pun dah around 150K, kalo nak carik landed property jauh la dr kl, tapi again nak gi keje lalu la kat toll2 malaysia yg juga meningkat naik.

back then in 80s' banyak kawasan yg skrg ni dah top senang nak jual million2 especially those yg residential title jadik commercial title mcm kat bangsar tu, my father's friends beli around 100K++, jualnye jadik million....rumah plak tu dah la betul2 tepi jalan besar

p/s: eva, toll nak naik dah, nak ke balik malaysia, kalo gi keje kena lalu toll...mmg tangkap nangis.

my house memang sebelah tol SILK. nak buat mcmana kan,.. tapi i am  happy sbb ada juga jalan kampong bersebelahan ;)

pendapat sy ..beli ikut kemampuan ... sy nak umah selesa + tak beban nk bayar semula  ..ada few of my frens ..keje kat kl but beli umah kat seremban..alasan mereka..sbb nk dpt umah yg selesa dan harga yg murah/berpatutan ..yer la..kalo kat kl layak dpt apartmen jer ..kat sana leh dpt double storey house ....

mcm takde harapan je nak tutup, makin terbongkok membayar nye adalah, kualiti jalan nye ade sesetengah company tol tu cenggitu gak

and eva, skrg ni pakai touch & go pun dah berderet (kalo balik keje kat sg besi la), tak  tau la kenapa lambat, banyak yg lepas touch tak go-go kot, yg haru ttg smart tag lak, ada sekali tu dah dekat kereta to 1 another, langsung problem plak...mcm2 ada citer malaysia ni

lorong smart tag..time ada driver yang bermasalah jer..maka org2 belakang akan stuck...tapi kalau takde masalah..insyaAllah laju..kalau nak compare dgn ambil/bayar tiket dan nak touch n go tu..hehe

dan rasanya konsesi tol ni lama lagi..silap haribulan..kita dah jadi makanan cacing tanah pun anak cucu esok2 masih kena bayar tol lagi..
