Apparently my wish sank like a big heavy stone now.. very demotivating though! LOL.

Ok, I admit it, i keep doing this like few times a month, you know - changing style, routine, get back to zero, start all over again and whatsoeva.. so i dun mind to do it again once more now.. huhu... maybe i can go for thing like diet first...

So tell me bata, how you eat exactly...? every single day, every single meal, and what supplements do you consume everyday and how.
I would very much appreciate if others can contribute the same here... thanks guys! and girls! or girl? hehe

Aku nak all above! 3in1 nescafe! hehehe... cuma bhgn bata tambahkan gula sket, bhgn maxx kurangkan creamer, bhgn alpha tambah serbuk kasi kaww! Aku nak jadi robot terminator!!! hahahaha

Ooo.... so Bata, hg ni dulu sekeping & kering ar.. Mungkin hg practise diet lain sket kot..
Teringat member aku sorang ni, dulu aku pegi gym dengan dia ar kat syah alam. Aku nak kurus badan, dia nak naik badan. Dia telan weight gain ber tin2. Aku plak, joging ber jam2! After few months badan kami mcm tu jugak! Ended up jadi la 2 bunch of losers! hahaha Tinggi dia 180... berat tak sampai 55kg!! hahahaha   berurat dawai macam alpha ar... tapi kalau badan sekeping tak guna gak!

Kalau aku ni agak2 diet apa yg sesuai? Skrg, aku nih diconsider sebagai chubby yg tough kot?!! haha
anyway, im 170cm 70kg 32w... end target berat optimum 65kg with muscle of coz! .. tapi kalau boleh nak go for 58kg dulu, then baru slowly build up sbb badan aku nih jenis yg cepat naik. Kalau dia naik bukan boroi kat perut ja.. dia naik the whole body, lengan, muka, upper, lower body.. semua mcm belon! Aku pernah buat rekod naik 10kg tak sampai 2 bulan! muah hahaha

bro....im different case with you. im ectomorph. im not sensitive to carbs, masa dirty bulk pon bodyfat aku tk naik lebih 10%.
tp tu pon ada baiknye kot...

for me la, in your case lg sng nak dpt result. kenapa?
sbb bodybuilding ni mcm nak buat art sculpture. kalo nk wat sculpture yg cantik, kene la ada sebijik batu yg BESAR.
makes sense? im start from nothing, takde apa2, so its common la it took me 3 years to look just like that
sbb aku kene ada batu yg BESAR dlu...btol tak?

kalo bro kes lain, bro mmg dh ada sebijik batu, apa lagi cut je laaaaa....ahhaha
pd aku sng je, bro cut dlu carbs intake bro. sikit2, kasik body adapt dlu.
kang tiba2 cut bnyk pengsan plak.
n nak cut carbs tgk jugak camne work environment dlu.
kalo duk opis, tk bnyk guna carbs, sehari segenggam nasik ckup

Diet aku (skrg ni tkde duit....so.....phm2 je le)
Bfast : oatmeal, 2 telur +susu, nescafe
Lunch : nasik campur, ayam, telur sebiji
After lunch (+-2 hours) : roti + tuna/butter
pre/wo : kopi, carbs skit...apa2 la
post/wo : weighgainers/whey protein
Dinner : ns campur, ayam
Supper : susu

there u go....tkde la susah sgt nak mkn 6x sehari kan

x tahan beb klu makanan terhidang kat dpn mata...
tambahan plak masakan mak....


so, skrang nie kna buek blik excercise smula la...
