resepi kek yang sama dan boleh buat kedua2 kaedah samada nak bakar ataupun nak kukus...anis dah try dua2...memang tak ada masalah..
versi bakar....kena tunggu semalaman barulah lebih moist dan sedap...makin lama simpan makin moist.
versi kukus.....tak yah tunggu semalaman....dah moist giler.... |

Baking Soda

Baking Powder

Single-acting powders areactivated by moisture, so you must bake recipes which include thisproduct immediately after mixing. Double-acting powders react in twophases and can stand for a while before baking. With double-actingpowder, some gas is released at room temperature when the powder isadded to dough, but the majority of the gas is released after thetemperature of the dough increases in the oven.
Substituting in Recipes
You can substitutebaking powder in place of baking soda (you'll need more baking powderand it may affect the taste), but you can't use baking soda when arecipe calls for baking powder. Baking soda by itself lacks the acidityto make a cake rise. However, you can make your own baking powder ifyou have baking soda and cream of tartar. Simply mix two parts cream oftartar with one part baking soda. |

i dh buat kek coklat kukus versi water_lily,sedap&senang....
i nk buat cm resepi water_lily jer tp hsbd ckp tepung kena ayak dulu so dia lah yg buat.
i kukus dlm tupperware je 3kali kukus coz pengukus i kecik aje.
1st time buat kek mmg xsabar,jap2 buka nk tgk ape jadi dgn kek tu,bila dh naik cantik senyum xingat nye.dh msk pastu angkat bg sejuk,xsabar lak nk rasa.bila dh masuk mulut...hmmmm,pandai nye aku buat kek(puji diri sendiri).hehee,thanks yek share2 resepi yg simple nie.pasni nk blajar make up kek lak.
husbd ckp klu dh leh buat kek then tau make up cake leh buat bisnes,dia nk blikan kukus yg besar lak.....
tak sia2 sehari suntuk dok belek trade ni dr page dpn,dh salin 4resepi coklat kukus. |
