No info on what type of aircraft coming in la....i think it is maybe their F16's coz its very tough manouvre for one engine acft while escaping, so they dumb the extra fuel tank just to recover speed...before they get intercept by syria planes...
and its 0130H at the morning...no wonder the response is too late....

I thot it was the F15I that intruded into Syrian airspace... not the F16s.. |

ORG2 ARAB MASIH DALAM KEALPAAN..MASIH DUK INGAT TARIAN GELEK JE...NO WONDER LE MEREKA TAK SEDAR IAF CEROBOH MASUK....MMG BANGSA ARAB TAK BOLEH DIHARAPKAN....KALU TGK JARAK PENCEROBOHAN,JAUH TU...MANA BOLEH AIR DEFENSE RADAR TAK BOLEH KESAN? KERANA HEAVY JAMMING? TAK KAN SYRIAN AF TAK SEDAR YG IAF PASTI BAWA HIGH-POWERED JAMMER SEKALI?
KESIMPULAN NYA,ARAB2 NI TAK BOLEH HARAP UNTUK KALAH KAN ISRAEL WALAUPUN DIBERI IBU DAN BAPAK SEGALA JENIS SENJATA PUN... |

TAPI VISUAL IDENTIFICATION MASIH BOLEH DIGUNAKAN UNTUK IDENTIFY INTRUDERS....MUSTAHIL TIADA YG SEDAR ADA NYA JET IAF MENCEROBOH DARI LAUT...IAF MUNGKIN TERBANG RENDAH UNTUK ELAK RADAR... |

Most probably Israel already mapped out melalui satellite imaging mereka....dan flew thru the blind spots dan kwsn2 yg tidak diliputi radar defence Syria...not necessarily need to fly low.. |

Do you really think there are radar blind spots on the Syrian side? |

IAF can do that for arabs but their clone at SEA won't be able to do the same thing to RMAF and our air defense... |

Syria has more detection power then we tought...im wonder why they let those israelli's aircraft invading their territories....
Syrian Air Defence-
* 50 SA-6 , SA-7 , 56 SA-8b , 20 SA-9 , 35 SA-13 , SA-14 , 50 SA-18 Strelets , 50 SA-22 ( On order) , 350 ZSU-23-4
Israel aircraft manage to get trough the syrian line of defend, for sure by flying at very high altitude....from the report, the syrian had launch 4 missiles from its air defend party and not one of it reach their target...
Israel aircraft has also flying for 1000km+ from syria coastal area to the target near iraqi border and back....that would take about one hour to get rid from syria.....one hour? |

radar cannot be jammed. they can either be avoided by flying low or by using stealth plane or be destroyed. |

Biasalah radar nie ada juga kekurangan dia... yg penting reaction time & cara nak menagani pencerobohan tsb
However, even highly effective defenses have suffered embarrassing failures. Despite the vaunted abilities of Israeli air defenses, in October 1989 a lone Syrian MiG-23 successfully evaded interception by flying at low altitude and landed at an Israeli airfield.(21) Both Korean airliner incidents [1978 and 1983] show the kind of troubles suggest that Soviet air defenses had serious problems. And Soviet air defenses were further embarrassed by the ability of a lone German Cessna aircraft to land in the middle of Red Square.(22) That this was not an isolated failing was demonstrated on 9 June 1990, when the unidentified pilot of another Cessna landed at the airport at Batumi on the Black Sea, placed two bouquets of carnations on the runway, and then took off.
