kat johor jayakan ada gym di jln ros merah.....aku pun baru 1st time nak pegi work out nie....hehehe..kalo ada gang lagi semangat beb pi gym....

kepada rakan2 suma...setelah lebih 6bulan aku tak aktif bersukan mahupun ke gym...lihatlah..perut aku bulatkan?

hahaha tue lah...time raya haji lepas...aku mmg pulun berabis...yelah dah lama tak raya haji kat kg (raya aidlfitri kat hometown jer)...punya lah pulun makan tak ingat dunia...smua aku sapu...now berat badan aku bertambah 4kg...perut membulat manja...baju fit dah xleh pakai...wah aku bukan seperti dulu...

now aku mula sedar..kealpaan membawa padah...start dari isnin lepas (baru tiga hari-baru nak start)...aku mula workout pelan2...sehari jog 2km++ n sit up 50x...dah 3 hari...now tengah study break...so leh lah jog hari2...nt dah start kuliah balik...maybe seminggu sekali...aku leh p jog or p gym dengan jadual kuliah yang padat...

if aku seminggu skali p jog or gym...maybe dalam 3 bulan...aku leh dapatkan tubuh yang cun seperti muda2 dulu ...oh ya selain tue...aku juga cuba mengawal selera makan aku yang selama 6 bulan nie macam jin kelaparan...huhuhu kurangkan nasi...kalo makan nasi pun dua senduk jer (selama 6 bulan nie..2 kali gak...but 3-4 kali makan )...

salam semua...lama dah tak join porum..

erm...aku ni ade intention cket....my body weighs around 50 kg (gained only 2 kg within 3 years) & i stand at 5'6.5"

i'm so done with eating big...frequent meals....tak naik2 pun badan nih..

staying around cheras/kajang...so does anyone here know the most convenient conventional gym around? i can afford monthly fee around RM 160 or below.....

plisss recommend me one..i wanna look good & healthy....

i suggest it would be nice if ppl here make a list of gyms, be it commercial/conventional around klang valley....state the package if possible...

it benefits us all......buat amal cket kan....

bestnya dpt badan mcm en.tebu tu...aku nk tnya,klu g gym ni selain dr jaga makanan,perlu ke minum susu yg btol besar tu(x tau la plak ape nama dia),sebab aku tgok mmber aku yg g gym ada btol tu kat umah dia..ala ada gmbar org angkt berat tu...

maksud ko susu botol besar tu mayb whey protein la kot...fahaman aku la...

klu ko dah jga pemakanan ko dengan jayanya...
maksudnya..cukup kalori & protein yg di ambil
x perlu la nak ambik...
memndngkn suppliment ni brngnya agak mhl la...
then, excercise/wo tu penting...
setelah semua di ats tu ko dah ok...

lain2...hrp2 bro tebu @ bro bata dpt tolong...

cheras u blh train kat tasik permaisuri, sblh kolam renang dpn hukm, rm2 sekali masuk, walk in, kiranya budget lah sbb public gym from dbkl, kat sini kadang2 u bleh jumpa mr shieltox,
1 lg kat kg pandan, gymnasium rakyat , still renovated, dulu punya fees rm3 walk in, complete equipment
gym2 yg imention kiranya cam hardcore and oldschool type sbb xde sauna, mcm commercial gym,tapi ramai bodybuilder dan kaki fitness blh jumpa disini kalau nak dibandingkan dgn commercial gym

kalau ada duit lebih beli lah
benda ni sbg "supplements" je
tp kalau pemakanan harian ko dh cukup protein pd aku tak perlu
ini pun kalau ko kurang bajet la
tp kalau ada bajet lebih better beli la
tp dgn syarat ko kena workout
sbb whey atau protein ni leh membantu membaiki muscle fiber ko yg rosak lps pump
tp kalu ko amik pemakanan harian pun boleh gak tp dia amik masa utk hadam
tp kalau whey mmg terus masuk dalam darah dan terus masuk ke dalam muscle2 ko
kalau ko amik tp tak pump pun boleh gak..tp membazir je lah
dia akan keluar camtu je ikut air kencing atau mll berak
yg pasti nak besar kena mkn byk...6-8 kali satu hari mkn
