hehe..tumpang lalu
nak kepoci gak kat thread lelaki

lelaki ni beruntung kan sbb korang tak senang gemuk cam pompuan
pmpuan plak ..sbb hormon tak sama..dah la senang gemuk,susah nak kurus plak tu

bim rasa yg penting lelaki ni kene jaga makan n banyakkan physical activities
kalau tak , mmg naik la perut nya ..hehe

bim, tapi die tulis die buat cardio jerk...lari 10km, basikal 10km..die tak cakap pon buat toning..tuh gue tanyer tuh...kot2 lah wa tak perasan posting nazri yg terdahulu.<--opps...tak nampak die  tulis ABS 100kali... hehe

diet tu takde...

cume skrg umur pun dah meningkat... semua makanan dicatu jadi separuh

nasi mintak separuh, ayan ambik yg kecik dan semuanya serba separuh...

6 pack takda... v shape ade.. sbb malas nak buat sit up.. aku cume buat pumpin je hari harii.. hahahahahah

pax2 tu otot ..kalau nak muncul kan otot2 tu harus la wat toning ..
kalau kardio more to burn segala jenis fat , termasuk la fat area abs yg membuatkan otot2 abs tak nampak

aku pon berharap pada lelaki yg blum kawin jaga kesihatan betul2
yg dah kawin pon sepatutnya jaga perut tu
bukan nak lawa jer..tapi sbb risiko penyakit byk kalau byk lemak area abdomen ni

saya badan tak besar mana...so far perut ok,mungkin sbb selalu main bola dan futsal...syukur dah sepuloh 10 tahun kawen perut still maintain
makan pon jaga jugak,macam yg minyak2 tu memang kuranglah

makan le banyak2...makan tu nikmat...nanti bila sudah tua korang akan makan bubur nasik watery, water drip huhuhu, masuk susu ikut tiub lubang hidung, pakai pampers...sebab tu takut nak makan ..malu kat anak kang nak tukar pampers...org tua yg pakai pampers biasanya cam gini sengaja tak nak makan.....so sekaranglah aku nak enjoy makan makan makan...adios
