macam tau2 jee...kul 1 tengahari dah.....


Tapi boleh tahan gak lee....sarapan tadi tak berat sangat...!!



Esuk nak sarapan apa lah yee...???

nak elakkan roti canai segera ( sentiasa ada...time2 sesak....utk anak2)

nie skang asyik bfast berat2
maklumlah gi conference paham2 arr kan
kalu kat umah tue dietjust amik kellogs n low fat milk ajer
nie tgh cference sambil cuti..makan pulut r , nasi myk r pepagi
sabor jer arrr

Nak menyebuk benang sini pulak huhu

Tadi aku sarapan protein shake aje. Skang mcm x suka nak bekpes berat2.

Dulu mmg bekpes berat2, nasik lemak sokmo je

Skang kalau bekpes berat, either mkn oat atau cereal dgn susu

Aku suka bekpes lighter, lunch berat, dinner light

Aah memang normal kalau bekpes ratus2. Kalau x smpai ratus x normal huhu.

Kalau boleh, maksimum bekpes dalam 300 atau 4oo kalori kot

wajib: coffee (for the past 5 years on nescafe gold) + sugar + milk (dulu low fat, but lately  kerap guna full cream)

biasa nya mkn fruits, kadang yogurt, kadang breads but very rare lah, if tidur kat hotel i will eat their breads , cereals... tapi jarang mkn heavy, sebab my tummy biasanya still 'asleep' before mid day, so bila makan heavy, the whole day rasa mcm tak sedap perut.

but memang wajib minum coffee lah. if takde fruits kat rumah, or tak rasa nak makan apa2, saya minum susu lah dalam 2 glasses.

ringan2 sudah memadai.....

sarapan sihat...tapi wajib nescafe pulak ek..

tingin nescafe tapi takut pening pala!!!

kita masih belum breakfast tak tau apa nak makan hari ni tekak rasa muak. bosan sikit ngan special K sebab dok telan hari2.
