Tadi aku sarapan protein shake aje. Skang mcm x suka nak bekpes berat2.
Dulu mmg bekpes berat2, nasik lemak sokmo je
Skang kalau bekpes berat, either mkn oat atau cereal dgn susu
Aku suka bekpes lighter, lunch berat, dinner light |

wajib: coffee (for the past 5 years on nescafe gold) + sugar + milk (dulu low fat, but lately kerap guna full cream)
biasa nya mkn fruits, kadang yogurt, kadang breads but very rare lah, if tidur kat hotel i will eat their breads , cereals... tapi jarang mkn heavy, sebab my tummy biasanya still 'asleep' before mid day, so bila makan heavy, the whole day rasa mcm tak sedap perut.
but memang wajib minum coffee lah. if takde fruits kat rumah, or tak rasa nak makan apa2, saya minum susu lah dalam 2 glasses. |
