dunno if this helps,tp kalau dh sedih the best way is nangis..wlpn rsa mcm bodoh pn 2 salah st cr melepaskn perasaan..lau msa mla2 dlu,skit2 pn nangis..dgr lagu ruang rindu kt sinetron intan 2 pn nangis..tp nangis sorang2 jer..biler kt luar hang out ngan kwn enjoy puas2..lg st cba fokus kt tmpt len..mcm nk lebih berjaya ker,achieve target ker..dh lama sure ok..but of course it will takes time..

huhuhu....memang tol pun...kalau kat ofis bila dengar je lagu yang sedih2 mesti sebak...pastu nangis sorang2...nasib baik ofismate tak nampak...skrg nak elak dengar lagu2 sedih...asyik dengar lagu linkin park ngan rock2 jer...

oni..sorry kalo i ckp camni..mayb u letak x-bf u tu as priority in ur life..and then u mcm let him be your source of happiness & you are toooo emotionally attached to him..ramai org yg mcm ni bila in love especially girls..thats why bila break-up we tak dpt accept the fact & very depressed....in my case, my first experience being in love mmg mcm tu...mmg sedih sgt2 eventho i yg dump die   tp after that my dad told me one thing yg i igt sampai skang and i praktikan in my relationship...ur bf is just one aspect of your...but he's not everything in ur life...so,hopefully after this u'll be stronger...and one thing that i can tell you is that time will heal...tell yourself you will be alrite  u go girl!:victory:

utk tuan rumah,
aku pun pnh mengalami peristiwa yg sma. mse mule2 break dlu mmg terse sgt sbb syg kt die sgt2. rase cm xleh trime lgsung bile dh brpisah..pastu xtentu arah sbb ayik pikir pasl die jer..tp lame2 bile dh waras blik bru la rse btapa beruntungnye break ngn die. ade hikmah rupenye break ngn die tu..
nasib baik gak kekwn xputus2 bg support kt aku. skrg lau trserempak ngn die aku hepy sbb aku dh brubah ke arah yg lebih baik pas break ngn die. agknye lau aku still ngn die aku xkan brubah ag kot..dah tu die lak yg leh lari2 dr aku lau nmpak aku. mber die siap bgtau aku kte die malu+segan ngn aku..
