sepatutnya malam uols jangan makan..kalau makan pon sikit je la..penah baca satu artikel;
makan sarapan seperti maharaja
makan tengahari seperti putera
makan malam seperti papa
so kat sini uols kena makan banyak waktu pagi sebab kadar matabolism tengah tinggi time tu dan berkurangan towards the end of a day..
lagi satu penah tengok vlog sorang personal trainer, dia kata walaupon anda gigih duk buat floor exercise aka sit up tu sume tapi tak buat cardio exercise aka jalan ke (fast walking ye, bukan jalan melenggang), jogging, melompat (skipping) tak guna jugak sebab lemak2 terkumpul kat bahagian perut tu takkan terbakar dan lapisan lemak kekal kat situ..so, kebuncitan ittew akan tetap ada ![](static/image/smiley/default/shy.gif)
iols ada baca yang uols takleh buat sit up dan agak malas berjogging kan..paling senang fast walking je la..bukannya lama pon, at least 20 minit per sesi je ![](static/image/smiley/default/shy.gif) |
