masalah rumah datang lagi.....

aku rasa sebab rumah ko nak beli tu below rm200k so masih boleh  dapat loan 90%

Tak ada lah guna concept sebegituh. Actually the higher the loan is, the more money they will get sbb bunga kan ikut percentage principal yakni harga rumah setelah tolak 10%

market jual rumah akan tepu seketika..

sebab akan banyak rumah lelong since ekonomi not good..

bila banyak rumah lelong?

orang yg mampu beli rumah tentu prefer beli rumah lelong..

jd harga rumah primary skunder akan jatuh disebabkan faktor permintaan yang jatuh..

agak murah lah dapat rumah rm 160 k.. kalau loan lulus, better ambil shj, melainkan kau mmg ada ta ...

aku ade tanah..
tapi nak buat umah ape dgn kelayakan load perbendaharaan tu..
haish semua mahal sey..

beli je la umah dulu kan..
mkn nasik lauk ikan kering/kopok je la lps ni..jimat

Tadi i pegi panjat tangga bank islam

Dia offer blr -2.5 agak menarik..
Kalau nak buat full settlement within less than three years pun there is no penalty
