Yg aku tgk mas ni dah terlebih kakitgn. Tambahan pulak ada union pekerja dgn mcm2 demand. Terlalu ramai yg comfort zone kat mas ni. Ok lah ramai resign. Takyah mas nk bayar vss |

ada bagus ada buruk dia org resign beramai2 ni.....yg bagus nyer leh open vacancies kat budak2 baru habis belajar dah nak cheap labour kan....yg buruk nyer ialah staff baru ni tak der experience so kualiti tu kureng skit..... |

RESTRUCTURING PLAN: MAS to cancel some old contracts and trim workforce by 10pc, say officials
MALAYSIA Airlines (MAS) will close several departments for a day under its restructuring plan, which will see it terminating some old contracts and reducing the workforce by more than 10 per cent.
Business Times understands that all departments will be affected except for in-flight services, which comprise the technical and cabin crew and the engineering division.
Company officials said MAS is targeting May 28 for the major restructuring.
MAS has also decided to cancel some contracts that are squeezing its profits and sign new agrements at competitive rates, they said.
"By cancelling some of the contracts, MAS will be able to save more than RM200 million a year," said an official.
He said MAS will also let go of excess workers and re-look the salaries of staff, including those in key management positions.
"This is the first step in returning to the black. The next step is to streamline operations, look at more profitable routes and change the top management."
MAS has about 20,000 workers.
The airline embarked on a massive restructuring plan at the end of 2011 with the aim of reducing costs and returning to full profitability last year. Despite the restructuring, MAS lost RM4 billion in three years.
Analysts said MAS should spend less on mass-market advertising and start rebuilding its brand through other means that do not increase expenditure.
"MAS should also explore new opportunities in the airline industry to diversify its income stream," said an analyst.

actually dari tahun 2006 lagi ramai yang cabut...ada yang lari dari bond, ada yang elok je bond habis join Qatar la,Etihad ,emirates dan segala nye...problem utama adalah = overworked+underpaid |

Pembayaran gaji lebih penting kalau keadaan syarikat yg bermasalah mcm ni so ...
Overwork and underpaid. Apa yg nak disyukurkan tu??
Klu company ko kerja layan ko camtu, ko pun angkat kaki gak. Tolonglah stop ucapan bersyukur bersyukur ni. Disebabkan kita sentiasa berfikiran syurkurlah apa yg ada jd too complacent. Jd naik lemak, berpuas ati dgn apa yg ada. Patutlah Msia makin lama makin regressing. |

Aiyoo teruknya kerajaan meniaga. Patut laa.. Dan ptut la kampeni2 lain byk buat style ni. Aku rasa skrg dah xnoleh guna " keje malas, gaji nk besar" sb nowadays gaji kecik sgt ( sb nilai matawang jatuh, but brg mhal giler) kene guna " nk suruh jd kuli batak, gaji ciput je"
Pasni hrap bubarkn proton.
Itu la masa tgah untung, xberingat. Aku hrap, pada semua bos2 besar kt sini, jgn la wat pkerja korang mcm ni. Kesian wei. Xbaik kedekut. |

biasa yg bergaji besar.....kereta mewah...life style mcm org kaya....side benefit tip top org2 atas la....head of department....CEO2.....board of director....especially kat GLC.....gi meeting claim beribu2 lemon.....gi main golf la....makan kat hotel2 ajak sekali sekawan gajah makan.....bayangkan kalu duit yg CEO....director spend utk entertaiment ni dia transfer kat staff bawahan....ramai yg dpt benefit dia...termasuk la anak bini suami dia org dpt.....so tak der laa istilah staff resign beramai2......ni bila staff cabut company lain sbb nak cari duit lebih staff plak dikata nyer tak kenang budi.....tak loyal....tp pihak management tak pk ke kos hidup skrang dah naik......aku tak heran MAS or PROTON ni memanjang rugi jer....susah betul nak untung sbb dia org tak jaga staff....gaji bg ciput.....so bila dah mcm ni staff bawahan ni pun buat laa keje sambil lewa.....tak der motivasi dll...pastu lagi satu....kadang2 doa staff yg beratus...beribu org tu kdg2 memainkan peranan gak......jaga staff elok2 kalu nak dpt keberkatan...jgn aniaya staff sendiri Last edited by sidewinder on 13-5-2014 10:05 PM
