wah...nampak sungguh menyelerakan. Jadi dah tu ...tang mana tak jadi nyer dealova?

kalu saya..saya tak rebus lasagna sheet tu...saya just rendam dalam air, biar dia lembut .Kalu tak mo rendam pon tak per..just susun jer yg kering tu terus,cuma nanti make sure sos dia lebih la..baru lasagna tu betul2 masak.

KIta macam berjanji la Dealova.....saya pon wat lasagna gak hari ni...hehehe,for dinner.

Dealova, kalau San Remo instant lasagna tak perlu rebus dulu.  Saya pernah masak lasagna guna lasagna sheets San Remo.  

Lasagna Dealova, nampak sedap even though lapisan lasagna direbus.

Yg ni lak my 2nd trial, yg mana saya improvekan tang sos cheese tu sebelu tabur ngan grated cheese. Sos cheese yg kemudiannya lagi pekat dan lebih rasa cheese. Mmg thumbs up



Tapi patutnya bakar lama sikit supaya nampak cantik tapi waktu ni nk rushing satu jam masak lum lagi kuning. Janji dh masak dh kuarkan dari oven. Still the taste great
Saya tak pakai mozarella cheese utk topping. Cuma pakai grated cheddar cheese. Still sedap. Makan panas..cheese dia bertali macam piza hut...nyum2...

resepi lasagna

Bahan-bahan:
Kulit lasagna ikut suka yg kena rebus dulu or takpayah
Mozarella cheese (Mama guna parmesan cheese)

Sos Daging
1 block daging kisar RAMLY
1 tin cendawan butang potong dadu (mama tak guna sebab tak de)
1 biji bawang besar potong dadu
5 ulas bawang putih ketuk & cincang
1 sudu besar cili boh (mama x guna)
2 sudu besar tomato pure
1 tin kecik PREGRO tomato sos with basil & garlic (tin oren yer)
2 sudu sos cili
1 kuib pati ayam MAGGI
sedikit lada hitam & oregano
gula & garam secukupnya

Sos Putih
2 sudu besar butter
2 sudu besar tepung gandum
2 kotak (250ml) susu full cream
1/2 bar cheedar cheese potong dadu / parut if rajin( mama guna mozarella cheese)
sedikit lada sulah & garam

Cara-cara memasak

Sos Daging
Tumis bawang besar & bawang putih sampai naik bau. Masukkan cili boh & tumis sampai kering kemudian masukkan daging. Bila daging empuk masukkan sos pegro, tomato puree, sos cili, kiub ayam, oregano & lada hitam. Masak hingga serasi kemudian masukkan cendawan butang. Tips, mummy buat sos ni lebih rasa manis dr masin sbb nnt cheese dah masin

Sos Putih
Cairkan butter, then masukkan tepung atas api sederhana. Bila dah sebati tepung & butter masukkan susu & kacau atas api sedrhana jugak sampai pekat lepas tu masukkan garam (jgn byk) dan lada sulah. Lepas tu masukkan cheese & tutup api,

Letaklah sikit sos daging kat base mangkuk or aluminium foil supaya tak lekat mmt. Susun lasagna rapat2 kemudian lapis sos daging dan kemudian sos putih. Lepas tu tabur mozarella cheese (mama guna parmesan cheese) byk2. Lepas tu ulang ler sampai penuh mangkuk atas sekali tabur cheese byk2 jugak. Bakar pada suhu 180-185 darjah celsius selama 45 minit. Tunggu lasagna sejuk sikit supaya senang nak potong.

nak share skali lasagna baru bikin sabtu lepas
resepi amik kat arkib FnR

lasagna sauce, pia tambah lada benggala @ capsicum

bechamel sauce, patut kene wat byk, baru sedap & moistkan lasagna sheet

my lasagna! abaikan cheese kat atas yg hodoh tu
pakai slice cheddar cheese je, abiskan stok..
preferably pakai grated cheese lg syokk

Lasagna 3 [antiQue]

Bahan A : White Sauce
100 ml fresh milk
2 sudu butter
sedikit tepung gandum (dlm 1 sudu)
(pia tambah garam & black pepper sket)

Bahan B : Red Sauce
3 ulas bawang putih cincang halus
1 tin tomato puree
Daging cincang (pia pakai ramly , 400gm)
cendawan butang dalam tin
Daging ayam / udang / apa saja ikut suka hati (pia tak letak pun)
mix herb
garam secukup rasa

Bahan C : Lasagne Pasta
Lasagne Pasta
Cheese

CARA

Perst skali buat lah white sauce dia. Senang je..
panaskan butter.. masukkan susu.. masukkan tepung..
kacau sampai dia pekat sikit..
tapi AWAS !! berhati-hatilah ditakuti tepung berketul-ketul dalam tu..
jadi make sure kacau rata.
(tips pia - kalau time nk curah sauce tu keras, tambah air sikit & panaskan atas api,
sauce ni wat byk2 sedap sket, kalau ikut resepi ni bulat2, dpt sikit je..)

Seken... buat red sauce.
Senang sangat. Tumis je bawang putih,
campak bahan-bahan dedaging tu.. campak tomato puree.. sesayur bagai..
masuk garam, masuk mix herb.. pastuh kalau nak masuk cheese pun leh masuk cheese gak.


Dah siap sumer sauce tu..
then sediakan baking tray.
Memula masukkan selapis red sauce..
pastuh selapis lasagne pasta..
pastuh ratakan white sauce lak kat atas dia.
Buat lagi selapis..
tengok lah.. kalau suka tebal buat lah berlapis-lapis.
Atas sekali tabur grated cheese... salu orang letak mozarella or cheddar..
tapi saya suka philadelphia... ikut suka lah..

Pastuh bakar.. nak tau dah masak ke tak.. cek macam cek kek
(pia bakar dlm suhu 180, selama 25-35 mnt)

selamat mencuba!
