..1st sebab memang tak byk duit lebih
..2nd , susah nak percaya tenants
..3rd, nak tunggu break even..berjanggut!
..4th, susah nak cairkan aset jika emergency
..5th, nak bagi anak2?..belom tentu dia suka ...kekekek

nak pilih rumah utk duduk bukan bergantung pd single variable, multiple considerations involved....like myself, beli rumah nak jauh drp kesesakan...nak hanta anak pi sekolah pun susah tapi tiulah kannn....ada prons and cons!..rumah mewah cam armani terrace pun sama gak kena tipu dgn developer like mine....

I would like to clarify my previous posting, i put it in simplifies words but I'm afraid it might give the wrong message

mostly kat sini bincang pasal cari rumah utk tinggal so soal  investment tak timbul...
itu kita cerita kat board buat duit

to me faktor wallet tu penentu gak sebanyak mana kita nak limit our choices....it's not about buying the most expensive house you can afford...but it's define yr limitation and scope...coz I know to most of us (including myself), buying a house is the biggest purchase in yr life

talking about variables yes...it shuld covers all the consideration but like u said la kan, kalau nak carik tempat2 yg perfect tanpa defect. alamatnya tak beli rumahlahhh...jawabnya

that's my humble opinion, if u disagreeable, no harm to me cos i just expressing my thought....:victory:

i also put in very general statement at first, regardless of the class we've mentioned above... ..asalkan kita boleh tolerate dgn kekurangan sesuatu tempat, dah kita memadai...

K... i pon fikir banyak cons dia dulu before decided nak ambik.. nak kuar masuk kena lalu highway.. memang sah la very expensive! skool.. byk juga choice dia nak international atau local. 5 mins dr kws tu ada sekolah hafiz.. mcm betul je nak hantar anak ke sana... memang K tu.. erkk tak tau nak kata apa.. berbulan2 jugak bincang dgn dia nie before decided nak pilih.

1.. selain selamat dan selesa dan mesra alam..
2.. shopping malls dekat sbb i gunakan shopping as therapy tak beli takpe asal pegang dan try cukup la
3.. I suka rumah kampung. Dr dulu lagi fancy rumah kampung tapi kalau I ada rumah kampung sekalipon i nak lengkapkan dgn teknologi.. tapi my husband pula tak berkenan. mcm2 la dia takutkan esp nowadays mcm2 jenayah kita baca kat paper. I
4. I fancy satu rumah tu kat Janda Baik, i dont remember owner dia punya nama tapi tempat dia memang cantik.. I kalau bleh nak buat mcm tu.. dusun buah-buahan, kws utk bercucuk tanam dan kws boleh tanam bunga dan beristirehat.. maklumlah i pon asal kampung.. i suka suasana kampong.. tapi boss kata penat dia nak urus nanti bina tu bina nie hehehe so awal2 kata.. no way..
5. Takpela ikut je husband.. dia nak kws tu.. bagi je la kat dia..

memang contrast abis.. i muda sepatutnya I la yg mati2 nak kws rumah kat Avenue K tu.. tapi  jd lain pulak.

sama la kita..
kalau ikut i.. i nak simple je dan senang nak uruskan..
tak pernah i nampak org puas ati dgn rumah sbb takder term perfect house nie.
mahal mana atau murah mana kita beli rumah2 nie.. still kita rasa something is not right..
may be sbb bathroom kecil atau may be tingkap dia terlalu kecil..
atau kws dia terlalu sibuk atau terlalu sunyi..

tapi mcm alja kata la kan.. kalau kita boleh tolerate kekurangan tu.. insya Allah rumah kita tu takkan terasa kurangnya..

for me.. as long as rumah. kita punya home sweet home..
kat mana kita dan keluarga kita happy nak tinggal dlmnya..

koko masa muda ni ...(che wah..perasan muda lagi.. ) dok kat umah
teres jer dulu...teres setingkat 4 bilik kat Bdr Baru Bangi...cukup le..coz mmg cari pun
umah setingkat..maleh nak turun naik bagai...

nasib baik dapat umah 4 bilik + 3 bilik air...selesa sgt..
nanti bila dah pencen..buat plak umah banglo kecik kat tanah lot
yg koko beli kat A/Gajah...

nak buat umah kecik jer..
banglo setingkat 3 bilik dan dapo yg luas...kira ok la kot.....

kira ok la kan..? 1jam aje dari bangi ...

emak koko org melaka...kiranya aku anak negeri jadian jer..lahir negeri lain..tanah lot tu beli dgn kerajaan negeri..dapat murah..RM5 sekaki

itu la enazz...kot2 nanti lepas pencen nak rasa duk kpg plak...
Syukran dpt tanah lot tepi jalan..

Pasal umah yg enaz tgk kat mekar tu..design ok tak..?

rusy cadang k beli satu rumah teres 2 tingkat. atas 3 bilik ngam-ngam, tingkat bawah ruang tamu, ruang makan dan dapur. satu bilik air.

bukan utk keluarga tinggal, tp beli utk disewa pd org. harga rm60k. kadar sewa rumah gtu kt kawasan nie rm250-300.

rasa-rasanya ok tak? beli utk disewakan pd org. kononnya utk aset lah.. blh ke ginie? btul2 nie tnya pndpt. hrp forumers dpt membantu..

bg sy murah rumah nie. but wondering why tuan umah nk jual umah tu. kot la susah dpt penyewa. tp kl x de org sewa pun dh jadi milik kita kan. kl nk jual balik, senang ke nk dpt pembeli?

confuse la.. nk beli ke tak nak.

macam saya la.. plan nak beli kat Nilai 3 tapi teragak agak sampai sekarang..

nak beli ke tak.. nak beli ke tak..

Kalau beli pun mungkin buat aset je tapi teruk jugak la nak bayar.. bulan bulan rumah tetap kosong..
