kat tin mmg tulis 1 1/2 scoop...
1 1/2 scoop tu mengandungi jumlah vitamin dan mineral yang mencukupi untuk keperluan harian kita.

ambil 1 scoop minggu pertama dan 2 scoop minggu kedua dan seterusnya tu saranan dari upline yg dah otai gitu....

mungkin nak mengurangkan kesan healing creasis minggu pertama kot...
kot badan terkezzut lak ambik dos banyak terus
Err... ni andaianku semata2.. mungkin betul mungkin tidak

hari tu mmg ada bersoal jawab ngan Wan tu pasal 1 1/2 scoop tu...
dia jawab gitu la... 1 1/2 scoop cukup utk keperluan seharian..
kalau ambik lebih takde masalah... ;)

on ler cepat... nak mtk tolong pos barang...
lupa nak kasik kat  "posmen" pagi tadi...

iye la..bila u bgtau baru s perasan...
sbb haritu tgk kat tin...
ada tulis minggu pertama 1 scoop
masuk minggu kedua...2 scoop...

tp ni tgk lg skali tin yg lain2....
semuanya tulis 1 1/2 scoop....

sbnrnya...keperluan vitamin dan mineral utk bdn kita dah terkandung cukup dlm 1 1/2 scoop sekali sehari...

dan 1 1/2 scoop tu akan membuatkan AL ni cukup utk sebulan (klu diminum berseorgan....)

Ni nak citer pasal scoop....tawar bedik pertama kali minum Hari ini baru pecah tembelang ku...


mama rasa ada tulis silap sket kat tin tu...

Serving suggestion - 16gm (  1 1/2 scoop)

Jumlah komsumsi yang di anjurkan  - (16gm 1/2 senduk)


Masa pertama kali dgn ghairah nak rasa....mama & anak dara sibuk le nak rasa..

chewah.........kita nak cepat ...ikut le yang tulis indonesia tu... 1/2 senduk --- 1/2 scoop le ..
tapi 16gm sama....tak pandang tulisan kat cakap omputih tu...1 1/2 scoop...

campur dgn 150 ml air dingin........


awat tawar jee....

Baca lagi....kui kui kui        awat cakap omputih 1 1/2 scoop...

oleh kerana tak puas hati...
mama pi timbang 1 1/2 scoop dgn penimbang digital..

memang ngam2 soi.........16g bersamaan 1 1/2 scoop!!!

BRAIN DAMAGING HABITS

1. No Breakfast

The main causes of liver damage are:

1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late are main cause.
2. Not urinating in the morning.
3. Too much eating..
4. Skipping breakfast.
5. Consuming too much medication.
6. Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring,and artificial sweetener.
7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. As much as possible reduce cooking oil use when frying, which includes even the best cooking oils like olive oil. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except if the body
is very fit.
8. Consuming raw (overly done) foods also add to the burden of liver.

Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store.

We should prevent this without necessarily spending more. We just have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits. Maintaining good eating habits and time condition are very important for our bodies to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals according to 'schedule.'
