Kan.. Tu yg risau tu.. Nak pergi mana2 pun doa sangat kalau jumpa kawan2 tu biar dia pun sama jaga SOP. Jangan terjah peluk kita terus. |

Xpernah beli lagi yg gold decaffeinated tp biasanya benda2 yg sihat ni kurang sedap..hahahahah
Err klu food ye, yg sihat mmg x sedap. Tp decaf ni sama je rasa nescafe nya, haha. Ka maybe sbb am not an avid drinker so can't really tell the difference  |

Kalau balik kena SOP betul2...
Risau juga kat Mak & kakak yg dah berumur. Tp Mak ni kita belum keluar rumah lagi dah disuruh pakai mask. Hihihi. Cute je akak rasa. |

Ni utk sebulan ja ni.. Masa pkp dulu.. Aku stok kan utk 4 bulan..
Nutren optimum ni sedap gak tp aku suka ensure perisa kopi. Mild je manis nya. X cepat muak. Setin baper lama tok minum? Aku ni wlu amik twice a day, & cuma 3 scoops, setin tahan seminggu stgh je |

Aku la ni salu tido awai. Mgkn sbb ubat pun ye kot. Tp kdg tido lewat, bgn awai, nk cover dgn nap, dah xleh. Tatau naper semenjak dua menjak ni xleh tido siang. Tu yg klu penin, mmg menahan je la |
