apa2 produk diet yang anda cuba, pastikan anda beri masa lebih kurang 2/3 bulan untuk mengetahui keberkesanan produk tersebut keatas badan anda ..kerana setiap badan x sama antara satu sama lain ye!!!  

ada produk yg bertindak cepat ke atas badan & ada produk yg memerlukan sedikit masa utk adjust!!!  ....jadi kesimpulannya  BERSABAR & JANGAN STRESS..

Tips berdiet dgn SP:

1.sebelum ber SP, catatkan berat anda
2. mula SP seperti yang disarankan
3. JGN TIMBANG BERAT SETIAP HARI!!!
4. lepas seminggu, timbang berat anda...sebaik2nya timbang pd waktu pagi sejurus los mandi sblm sarapan tau!!
5. timbang seminggu sekali pada waktu/hari yang sama
6. kalau kg atas penimbang x turun, jgn risau....
7. ambil 1 baju lama yang x bole pakai kerana ketat....jadi kan baju itu sbg ukuran untuk mengetahui penurunan inci anda
8. anda akan terkezut bila baju ketat tu akan beransur2 bole dipakai!
9. jika dia atas berlaku, itu adalah petanda baik bahwa SP sedang berkerja utk menurunkan lemak2 anda
10 Akhir sekali, minum SP, makan seperti disarankan....RELAX...biar SP berkerja untuk badan anda

"AKAK.. kite mkn 8 hari. turun 1.1kg.. sebelum ni susahnye nk turun.. diet tak mkn nasi. n tak mkn mlm.. pg mmg mkn byk... dgr org lain mkn 5 hari dh turun 2,3kg terujanye.. tp sy oklaa xlis turun jugak.. tq ek.

tambahan via sms: Turun 1.1kg. Lemak kurang 2 peratus. N ada baju sblm bersalin aritu dh leh pki....x makan nasi n tak mkn mlm. Tak lalu. Tp pg bedal byk.....hehe...."

Ciri khas individu jenis darah A:

Pola makan pemilik golongan darah AB adalah gabungan antara pola makan golongan darah jenis A dan B. Penyakit yang berisiko dijangkiti adalah sinus, infeksi telinga, dan gangguan saluran pernafasan. Pengambilan jenis makanan yang dianjurkan adalah hidangan laut, semua jenis telur (kecuali telur itik), susu fermentasi (melalui proses penapaian), minyak zaitun, minyak kacang soya, minyak kacang tanah, kacang tanah, semua jenis sayuran kecuali jagung, taugeh dan cendawan dan semua jenis buah-buahan kecuali jeruk.

Bagi pemilik darah jenis ini, telur, susu, gandum dan kekacang tidak diperlukan memandangkan tubuh telah mendapat khasiat daripada sumber daging.

10 JENIS MAKANAN ANTI KOLESTROL

1.        SOYA
Kacang soya merupakan makanan popular yg diproses untk mendapatkan Kacang soya mengandungi 48% protein, lesitin, vitamin & zat galian.Ia juga Dpt menghidarkan penyakit jantung & kencing manis. Kaya kalsium & Mineral yg membantu memecah lemak. Ia membantu menyusutkan kadar Lemak jahat (LDL) dan meningkatkan kadar lemak baik (HDL).

wah di sini rupanya kedai baru jenuh i mencari kedai produk yg hebat ni...i online pun tak lama kejap je nie, kejap lagi nak kuar jap...just nak update berat terbaru i 62kg...wah ini sudah bagus..makna i dah hilang 5kg tak sampai sebulan uu....alhamdulillah...ari tu lepas turun 66kg tu cam liat skit nak turun lagi dah...i belasah 2paket seperti saranan ..ha hamik ko..turun lagi 4kg terus...tapi mmg dahaga giler...i minum air masak make sure siang tu habis 3liter..n mlm i try habiskan 500ml..

tapi alhamdulillah hubby puji habis peha n punggung dah kecik..n nampak seksi

tu la seperti yang kite ckp lemak ni macam2 lemak n metabolisma juga memainkan peranan juger..ada org yg mmg kadar metabolisma depa tinggi so mmg cepat pembakaran lemak berlaku..n winta dun worry bagi masa..ada kwn kite tu minggu pertama mmg dia tak rasa kerap nak kencing pun..ha yg tu lagi haru..suspend juger...alhamdulilalh masuk hari ke 21 dia dah start2 pegi toilet..dia pun tak putus asa..sebab dia tgk kita dah kurus ekeke..so itu sebab dia confident habis ngan shape plus...n alhamdulillah baru nie ada kwn dia pun dah puji dia punya lengan dah kecik n nampak ada la pengurangan...so aper lagi dia pun rekemen la kat kawan dia shape plus nie..

Air tu kalau boleh jangan sampai melebih 3liter sehari kot....5 liter air sehari is too much kot............not good for body...boleh menyebabkan ketidakseimbangan ion ion badan...may effect kidney etc............so....not toooooooo much water ok.

Kalau kita tak pasti byk mana air yang badan kita perlukan, minum seperti mana yang disarankan iaitu 8 gelas sehari. Kalau kita rasa kita perlu lebih kerana mengambil apa2 medication, then drink more. Kalau kita takut badan kita dah excess fluid and low salt, kita boleh gantikan 1 glass of water with 1 tin of 100-plus.

it's just a simple arithmetic solution, i guess even a kindergaten kid can answer:

according to the rule of SP  ehehheh   

1 sachet per day =  2.5- 3 liter of water [recommended intake of water]
2 sachet per day =  ?   siapa dapat jawab , angkat tangan!!!


but that will be in term of the RULE OF SP....by the book....

by common sense......{:1_125:} ....you drink as much as your body can endure!!! you know your body well enough.....don't force something into your system if it can't take it....otherwise you 'harm' it.....the bottom line ...moderation is the best!!!

then again , some people want to lose weight desperately fast and resort to something against what is good for their body....and they consume a product hoping to do just that....and only much later they find out, it doesn't work as they have expected...then they start to say the product is a failure...and when they address this issue to the seller....the seller will rebuke  by saying quote "  awat hang x ikut mcm di saran"???? unquote

so the moral of the story...ikut mcm sunnah rasullulah...makan ketika lapar, berhenti sebelum kenyang!!!
