REFEREES, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
After Milan-Torino and the penalty not given for a foul on Massimo Ambrosini Adriano Galliani took a strong position against the refereeing class.
MILAN - Here are the declarations of delegate administrator Adriano Galliani and coach Carlo Ancelotti:
GALLIANI
"Milan had an excellent first half, and once again the referee was not on our side tonight. There was a clear penalty which he failed to give us. This year it seems that by definition there should not be a refereeing problem, but it's there and it's big. Everytime on Monday I have to hear Collina telling us we're right, but that just makes us more nervous. I would like to count, and I will, the amount of points that we have been denied by refereeing mistakes. There was also an investigation done by the consumers' association which revealed that Milan have been the team most penalised by refereeing decisions this year. This is not good. I have the duty to underline these things, I can understand mistakes but not never-ending mistakes. What we are assisting to this year is unacceptable, and commenting on the rest of the match is pointless."
ANCELOTTI
"Also today there was a clear mistake by the referee, we need to be given our due. As far as the game is concerned, we created some chances in the first half, but then the apprehension caused us to lose our focus. We lacked precision and clarity, but considering the situation that is acceptable. But our results at San Siro are starting to become incomprehensible. In any case now we return to the Champions League, we will have a chance to redeem ourselves, even though we are playing against good opponents. From our part we are aware of the importance of the match, winning would be very important at this point in time."
"In this period we are trying to keep the referees calm, but ignoring mistakes like today's becomes very hard."

Camacho: We Can Beat Milan
Benfica coach Jose Antonio Camacho was disappointed with the 1-0 defeat to Celtic at Parkhead, but believes that a similar show could see them beat AC Milan.
zoom - galleria Benfica are now last in Group D after their most recent defeat, and need to win their final two games in order to qualify - one of them against Milan.
"We played well when we had the ball, but we didn't win, this happens," he said.
"If we play like we did tonight, we can beat Milan, though, that's a difficult task because they are a very good team.
"After 60 to 70 minutes we slowed down a little.
"The midfield faded away and we brought in two fresh forwards to speed it up a little, but we lost our presence a bit.
"There are no problems with the team. Sometimes it goes for us, sometimes it doesn't.
"Celtic scored their goal from a deflection; that happens. We had some clear-cut chances and didn't get the breaks.
"At the moment we are second in the league and we must focus on the domestic situation.
"The important thing for us is to make sure we're in next year's Champions League to play against the best of the best again." |

Spanish Press: Milan Want Sergio Ramos Spanish sports daily Marca contends that AC Milan are interested in securing the services of Real Madrid's Sergio Ramos...
According to Marca, Sergio Ramos (pictured) could be Silvio Berlusconi's latest acquisition as AC Milan president.
The newspaper reports that Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti has specifically requested Ramos' services, with the rossoneri hierarchy now seriously plotting a move.
Ramos, 21, arrived at the Bernabeu in 2005 from Sevilla for 27 million euros and has since established himself as perhaps the most consistent defender at the capital club.
Able to play either on the right or in the centre, Ramos is known not only for his skill but also his stamina; while other players succumbed to rotation earlier in the season, he frequently played both weekend and weekday matches every seven days until picking up a minor injury.
With Milan having an aging squad, and also a struggling side at present, Ramos would most certainly prove a young, able addition to their pool.
However, Ramos is hot property, and always has been. Indeed, back in 2005 Milan were among those competing for his signature, and as such his stock is rising.
Consequently, Madrid have tied the player down with a 150 million euro release clause, not to mention a contract that runs until 2013.
As such, Marca believes that a straight cash bid is out of the question. Instead, only a part-exchange negotiation would do. What's more, they ask whether or not Kaka could prove to be the essential bargaining chip.
bnyk cantek...nak kat ramos plak..
and aku x mo dah kaka..
