aku baru bertukar sesi ngan karam.. petang tadi sesi ceramah di gym, beserta workout demo,,, pastu malam sesi berenang...

tp aku serius terkejut ngan karam.. berenang mmg mcm ikan.. gila power.. mcm org berenang kat sea games, mamat2 kat kolam tuh sumer terkebil2 jer.. hehe..

walopon perjalanan aku  nak jadi baywatch jauh lagi.. tp  dpt berguru ngan karam pon dah  satu pencapaian besar.. sape2 nak belajo swimming  boleh la belajo ngan karam..

takpe karam, nanti wa jumpa lu kat cyber, gerenti kasik itu kepak naik balik, mcm deli wings

cik peachlily ada wat progressive loading tak? weights yg digunakan tak boleh sentiasa sama je. workout pon kalo boleh every 3-4 months tuka.
sbb rasanye badan dah adapt dgn rutin dan weights yg sama tu.
aku kalo tk rasa sore esonye cam tk lengkap :victory:

Apekah itu progressive loading? dah try tukar weight tp still macam tak mampu jer , paling banyak pon 5 reps jer..mmg rasa tak berkesan sbb dah takde pain.. no pain no gain huhu

p/s- nice thighs, jeans size berapa?

progressive loading tu tmbh weight la...lol.
sesetengah strenght program, kene tmbh weights each week. dlu aku tmbh 2.5kg setiap mgu.
skg dah x larat.

kata la skg cik lily dumbbel curl 5kg, mgu dpn try 7.5kg lak. kalo tk larat, buat forced reps.
abaikan form kat last set tu dan guna momentum sikit. strength akan catchtup kemudian.

my waist is small, 27, thighs 22", so ketat sikit le

berat barbell total 25 kg...

3 set ok lagi tapi bila masuk set 4...
joint siku kanan aku rasa macam nyilu nyilu...
sebelah kiri ok jer...

adakah itu joint stress??

Apesal main chest sakit kat siku? Patut main chest sakit chest, sebab concentration dan nak tear muscle area chest tu? Pelik ni.. ko push barbell/dumbell guna tenaga dari arm.. eh?

maybe teknik tk betul dan bnyk stress pd joints.
susah aku nk betulkan kt forum je, tp pstikan perkara2 ni :

1) jgn bengkokkan wrist, dia mesti align ngn siku, macam masa nak tumbuk org, str8 saja.
2) jgn lock masa kat atas, pastikan tgn sedikit bengkok, bukan fully lurus masa push utk elakkan stress kt joints
3) siku kene flare out, jgn tuck in ke rusuk (selalu pompuan wat camni)

kekekeke... mana ada laju macam ikan..  itu xspeed up lagik.. waaa.. alpha PT yang siyes mula2..   nebes jap nk angkat2 berat smlm.. kekeke.. tp ok good dia kasi tunjuk and tips2 kat gue.. so baru tau sikit2 pasal nak angkat2 benda berat ni..

malunya xleh nk squad.. betul ke ejaan ni..   tp siang td belatih boleh sikit tp sakit peha la kalau buat. mungkin xbiasa lagik kot. tp alhamdullilah xda le sakit2 badan ke ape ke..

p/s saje nk show off sikit2 pada chinese2 yg kat kolam tu.. biar dia taw yg melayu juga bole swim kekeke....

alaa squat tuh senang jerk, berlatih sket lagik mesti boleh buat.. biasa lah tu ikan dah biasa main dalam air.. tiba2 nak sesuaikan diri atas darat.. ekekek

Squat ni bagus untuk quad dan hams/glute. Tenguk macammana ko execute squat. Aku squat ni slow skit.. sebab dulu lutut aku kurang bermaya nak cari alternatif macam leg press, tempat aku takde. So aku end up buat leg curl dan leg extension.

Aku teringin praktis squat dalam pool utk kurangkan beban kat lutuk, dan tambah resistance utk target area.
