early morning = 2 grapes + 1 mug teamix

breakfast : 1 sosej rebus + 1 keping cheese + 3 keping jacobs + 1 mug soya

kenyang bangat.. ni kompom lah lupa nak snack kalo kenyang mcm ni

- makan 4 keping biskut kering cicah dgn kopi alhabshee ( JAMU MAK DARA)

Jadilah.....................nanti cari lain plak...bila rasa lapar...

pagi ni same menu
tp tambah 2 biji pisang dlm oat so tak yah letak honey dah, dah cukup manis.. pisang mana leh simpan lama2.. dah mula masak dah semuanya
