cuma next time instead of guna air panas..saya nak try guna susu panasdan sedikit serbuk nescafe..kot kot bleh add richness to the taste..

i pun baru belajar deco...tak la pandai mcm otai-otai kat sini...
kadang-kadang rasa malu pun ada nk tepek gambar...sebab tak cantik cam orang len...

utk toping ni i guna...
250g coklat di cincang
125ml whipping cream & 1sudu butter.
....panaskan cream tp jgn sampai didih,pastu masukkan coklat kacau sampai coklat cair dan sebati dgn cream&masukkan butter
tgu sejuk baru tuang atas kek...kalau nak paip kena biarkan semalaman....

topping anis ni agak2 kn buleh x kalu sya buat siap2..bwk balik kg mlm esok..sbtu pg sya try deco pd kek.
mlm ni nk buat kek coklat..my twin request..nk bwk utk mjlis hari guru on sunday.
Skrg cuaca pns sgt..nk balik kg 4jm jugk jd ingt nk buat kek mlm ni..pg esok kite layer kek dgn topping. balance topping kite hias kt kg on sbtu.lg moist la kot kek tu nk tgu smpi hari ahd.

kalau nk double boil pun boleh...
i buat...panaskan whipping cream sampai naik buih-buih kecil,
pas tu tutup api & masukkan coklat yang dah dipotong kecil2.
kacau sampai cair& mskkan 1 sudu butter....kacau lg sampai butter cair..


azzu...
i biarkan semalaman dalam periuk je...tp tutup la..kang ada plak makhluk2 yg nak merasa...he.he..

dek-ma, kalau nak deko, kena sapu keseluruhan kek dulu ker...lepas tu simpan yg baki dlm peti ais dan keesokan hari baru deko yg tepi utk buat border...atau tunggu keesokkan hari baru deko sebiji kek...cam ner errr...dek ma faham tak soalan saya ni...
