tp kat malaysia senang nak cari something utk diet...
boleh amik nestum ke for breakfast
tak pun ade kan low fat cereal bar...(tp ni mahal la sikit kan)
tghari mrs makan je apa2 lauk...lauk sahaja...without nasik....
dan sayur2,buah....igt no rice...:no:
nak makan soto?boleh,tp jgn letak mee,jgn letak bihun or nasik impit...amik soup dia aje...
bg yg tak extreme bole amik roti...tp kalau rasa extreme dan boleh thn,lauk pauk pun cukup
malam mrs amik salad...nak variaty kan salad nih,pi bod recipe cari thread salad...
kat situ cemacam salad ade...kalau tak pun buat kerabu...kerabu sotong,kerabu daging....seme terpulang...
kat bod recipe juga ada thread mengenai menu utk org2 nak diet...:ah:
sekali lagi,no rice:no:
boleh juga amik biskut...cam oatmeal,weatameal
tak pun amik lauk2 utk dinner...steak...ape2 je...lauk2
kalau nak makan fast food,pergi la ke kenny rogers atau nandos...
sbb sana tak goreng ayam tu
depa roast the chicken...healthier than KFC...
dgn menu yg mrs buat nih,mrs tak rasa lapar pun...so tak takut rebound...
even sesekali mrs makan nasik,rasa tak selesa plak...makan sikit je tghari,samapai malam rasa kenyang....tak selesa lak perut nih rasa penuh je...padahal siket je makan

Thanks for the info. Am looking at it now. Quite an interesting approach to food consumption. Heard of this Atkins diet years back, actually. But really thought that it was one of those diet schemes that limits you to eat their own kind of food only e.g. Cambridge diet etc.
Gonna give this a try. Got nothing to lose anyway, except maybe a few kilos and inches...:pray::pray::pray: |

Chill teramatlah busy beberapa hari ni...atkins mmg on tapi lunch and dinner je...breakfast hancusss coz tak tahan godaan nasi goreng kampung kat canteen nasi padang ni...soooodappp!!! hingga menjilat sudu!!
Tapi sebagai pembuka topik ni chill tetap berap-api ingin teruskan cara diet ni...coz simple, easy, totally no distressful. Nak share menu tapi takder masa nak taip for now...credit pun stagnant je! So kengkawan teruskan usaha murni korang sekalian! |

Hari tu khaleeda mula tak makan nasi.
If makan pun quantiti siedikit..nak cubalah ni.
Semalam dah start.
Malam makan roti fiber dengan scramble egg dengan secawan milo.
Pagi ni b1st roti fiber 2 keping beralas telur goreng(microwave)kat opis.
Harap-harap bolehlah dapat turunkan macam lizzy..seminggu 3 kilo.
