Biskut tapai Ubi berkismis [sitipayung]

60 gm mentega
60 gm gula kastor
100 gm tpg gandum
20 gm tpg jagung
60 gm tapai ubi dilecek
20 gm kismis cincang
1/2 biji kuning telor
1 biji kuning telor (glis biskut)
1/4 tsp b.powder
1/2 tsp vanila
1 sd besar kelapa kering

Tpg gandum dan tpg jagung digaul ramas dengan mentega sampai jadi seperti serbuk roti. Masukan gula kastor, b.powder  dan kismis.Campurkan tapai ubi , vanila dan kelapa kering. Masukan 1/2 biji kuning telor. Gaul sampai jadi doh.  Sekiranya doh melekit boleh tambah 1 sd besar tpg gandum lagi dan uli..Masukan dalam piping beg dan tekas atas tray yg disapu majerin dan sapu kuning telor atas biskut dan bakar.

BISKUT BUNGA CINA [anasue]

1/2 tin butter golden churn ( selalu ana bubuh kurang sikit dr setengah)(170gm)
1 tin tepung jagung (tin oren brown and pulson) (400gm)
1 sudu besar susu pekat manis
1 biji telur
1 1/2 cawan gula halus
1 tudung air ros (esen rose)

masukkan butter,gula,telur, air ros dan susu....kacau hingga rata. dan sebati . Jangan kacau lama or terlalu kuat, just sekadar bg rata. seteleh sebati bubuh tepung, uli....nak uli ni pun jgn lama. lepas dah jadi doh tu..biarkan sekejap, around 1/2 jam. baru leee proses tekan tu....

Cara2
Pukul telur dan butter kemudian masukkan susu pekat. Last sekali masukkan tepung serta esen.  Gaul dan uli hingga sebati.  ambil acuan bunga cina dan pamkan hias dengan ceri atau kismis. Bakar.

Biskut Sarang Burung

Bahan-bahan
2/3 cawan butter
1/3 cawan gula
2 kuning telor
1 suduteh esen vanilla.
1/2 suduteh garam
11/2 cawan tepung serbaguna.
2 putih telor, dipukul sedikit.
3/4 cawan badam yg dipotong memanjang.
1/3 cawan strawberry jem.


Cara Membuatnya
1. Panaskan oven 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Dalam bekas yg besar, Campurkan butter dan gula dan pukul sehingga sebati. Pukul kuning telor, vanilla, dan garam . Kemudian masukkan tepung sedikit -sikit.
3. Bentukkan doh kepada 3/4 inch bola. Dip in kedalam putih telor yg telah dipukul sedikit, kemudian rollkan kedalam badam yg dipotong memanjang. Letakkan diatas dulang pembakar/ jarakkan 1 inci. Tekankan ditengah doh dengan munggunakan jari ( membentuk sedikit lubang)
4. Bakar selama 15 to 17 minutes, sehingga sedikit perang. Sejukkan, sebelum dihidangkan penuhkan tengah biskut dengan strawberry jem.

MOCHA HAZELNUT CRESCENTS

Bahan-bahan :-

150 gm unsalted butter
1/4 cwn gula kastor
1 cwn tepung [plain flour]
1/2 cup tepung naik sendiri
2 sdk instant coffee powder
250 gm dark chocolate,chopped
1/4 cwn ground hazelnuts

Cara-cara :-

1. Panaskan oven. Line biscuit tray with baking paper.
2. Beat butter dan gula until light and creamy. Using a metal spoon, fold in sifted flours and coffee powder and mix to a soft dough.
3. Shape 2 tsp of mixture into crescent and place on prepared tray. Bake for 10 min. Transfer biscuits to a wire rack and allow to
cool completely before decorating.
4. Place chocolate in a small heat-proof bowl. Stand over a pan of simmering water and stir until chocolate is melted and mixture

smooth. Cool slightly.
5. Working with one at a time, place a crescent into the melted chocolate. Using a spoon, carefully coat the whole crescent in

chocolate an lift out on a fork, allowing any excess chocolate to drain away.
Place on wire rack and sprinkle half the top of the crescent with hazelnut before chocolate sets.

BISKUT COFFEE RANGUP (L33za)

200 gm        Mentega (16 oz)
50 gm        Gula Ising
150  gm Tepong Gandum
50 gm        Tepung jagung
1 camca teh Coffee Oil


Bahan Icing
75 gm        Mentega
150 gm gula Icing
1 sudu makan Susu manis
1 camca teh coffee oil

Cara membuatnya:-
1. Mentega di kacau hingga putih. Apabila sudah kembang masukan gula, tepung jagung, tepung gandum.
2. Kemudian masukkan coffee oildan gaul rata-rata.
3. Acuan kan berpusar dan bakar.

Apabila sudah sejuk, ambil dua biskut tadi dan tangkupkan dan intikan dengan icing tadi.

BISKUT GAJUS[NoorMasri]


Bahan-bahan:

2 biji kuning telur
120 g gula halus
175 g mentega
320 g tepung gandum
120 g gajus } dipanggang kemudian dikisar halus
1/4 sudu kecil serbuk penaik (baking powder)
1 sudu kecil esen vanilla
sedikit gajus di belah 2 } utk hiasan
1 biji kuning telur } utk sapuan

Cara membuat:

Pukul mentega dan gula hingga sebati.
Masukkan telur sebiji demi sebiji dan esen vanilla, kacau sebati.
Tepung gandum diayak bersama serbuk penaik.
Masukkan campuran tepung dan serbuk gajus ke dalam adunan, kacau sehingga menjadi doh yg sebati
Canaikan doh setebal 1cm kemudian terapkan menggunakan acuan yg digemari
Letakkan gajus diatasnya kemudian sapu dgn kuning telur
Bakar di dalam oven sehingga masak.
Sejukkan di atas rak wayar kemudian simpan di dalam bekas kedap udara.


BISKUT GAJUS - Pn Norzailina[inai]

125 g mentega
40 g gula aising
5 camb mentega kacang halus (smooth peanut butter)
1 1/2 camb madu
180-200 g tepung gandum } diayak
1/2 camt soda bikarbonat }
80 g serbuk gajus

Putar mentega, gula, mentega kacang dan madu hingga sebati. Masukkan bahan ayak dan serbuk gajus, uli perlahan menjadi doh. Canai antara 2 lapisan plastik dan terap dgan acuan pilihan. Atur atas tin pembakar berlengser dan bakar pada 180 C selama 15 min atau hingga masak.

hiasan :- kelapa kering + putih telor (merah masukkan dlm doh pastri) + ceri dan kismis (ini pakai agak2 jer)

1) shorterning, butter dan gula - creamkan, kemudian masukkan esen vanila, merah telor
2) masukkan tepung gandum dan tepung ubi - gaulkan
3)canai dan terap masukan dlm petitin dan bakar sampai masak

Peanut-Butter Cookies [chempaka_ku]

Bahan:
1 cup (260g) peanut butter ...crunchy or smooth...suka hati...
1 cup (220g) caster sugar
1 egg, lightly beaten

Campur semua bahan.  
Ambil 1 sudu teh dijadikan bebola.  
Flatten slightly dengan gerpu.  
Bakar 180 C selama kira-kira 15 minit.  
Stand biscuits 5 mins, then cool di wire rack.

2. Heat oven to 375篎.  
3. Shape dough into 1 1/4-inch balls. Place about 3 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten in crisscross pattern with fork dipped into sugar.  
4. Bake 9 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 5 minutes; remove from cookie sheet. Cool on wire rack.



Magic Peanut Butter Middles - [CikKiahAbd]

Ingredients:
200 g all-purpose flour
40 g unsweetened cocoa powder
2 g baking soda
4g baking powder
100 g white sugar
110 g packed brown sugar
115 g butter, softened
65 g peanut butter
5 ml vanilla extract

filling
90 g confectioners' sugar
195 g peanut butter

How to make:
1. Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and baking powder until well mix.
2. In bowl mixer, cream butter, white sugar and brown sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla essence and egg. Mix in the dry ingredients to the butter mixture.
3. For Filling: Mix peanut butter with confectioner's sugar until well blended.
4. The cookie dough should be easy to mould with your fingers. Take 1 tbsp of the cookie dough and flatten it with your fingers. Fill in with 1 tsp of the filling and cover completely. Flatten the dough and place on baking sheets ( remember to place them about 1-2cm apart )
5. Bake at 180Degress C for 15-20 minutes.

Kita sarankan pakai Chunky peanut butter untuk dimasukkan dlm dough cookie and Creamy peanut butter untuk filling dia sbb kalu pakai Chunky PB untuk dough tu, dlm cookies tu akan ada cebisan kacang sket..lagi best la texture cookies tu. Arituh kita buat filling dia pakai Chunky PB gak so tak bape kaw-kaw sgt laa..kalu Creamy PB tu,  inti dia sedap je dlm mulut..Nak buat kecik2 pon boleh, nak masuk dlm paper cup yg kaler hitam buat London almond tu pon boleh.

CHOCOLATE WALNUT BISCOTTI

Ingredients:

75g butter
130g castor sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla essence
210 cake flour
40g cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
80g mini chocolate chips
100g walnuts, toasted and chopped

Method:

Preheat oven at 190 degC.

Sift cake flour, cocoa powder and baking soda into a mixing bowl. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl, cream butter and castor sugar until light and fluffy. Add beaten eggs gradually, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla essence and mix well.

Add flour mixture in (2) and beat until just incorporated. Do not overmix.

Using a spatula, stir in chocolate chips and chopped walnuts. The dough should be a little stiff.

Take half of the dough and shape into a loaf of approx. 10 inch long. Place it on a baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining half of the dough, spacing the loaves 2-3 inches apart. Wet your hands and gently smooth the surface of the loaves.

Bake for 20-25 minutes in the preheated oven or until firm. The centre will still be soft. Remove from oven and let loaves cool on baking sheet for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 150 degC.

Transfer the loaves to a cutting board. Using a serrated knife, slice the loaves diagonally into 1 cm thick slices.

Arrange the slices, cut side down, on the baking sheet. Return to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes until crisp.

Cool cookies on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to wire racks to cool completely. The interior of biscotti should become crisp as they cool.

Store in air tight container or cookie jar. Can be stored up to 2 weeks.

Almond Bread (Biscotti)

6 egg whites
1 cup caster sugar
1 3/4 cups plain flour
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup roasted almonds

1. Grease an 8-hole mini-loaf pan ( 2/3-cup capacity)

2. Beat egg whites in a large bowl with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
    Gradually beat in caster sugar, 1 tbs at a time, until sugar is dissolved between additions.
    Fold in sifted plain flour, ground cinnamon, and roasted almond until combined.
    Divide mixture between holes of prepared pan.

3. Cook in a moderate  oven (180 C) for about 25 minutes, or until tops are firm.
    Stand loaves in pan for 5 minutes before turning onto a wire rack to cool.

4. Using an electric knife, cut cold loaves into thin slices. Place onto oven trays in a single layer.

5. Cook in a slow oven (150 C) for about 10 minutes, or until bread is crispy but not browned.
    Stand on trays for 5 minutes, transfer to a wire rack to cool.

(Bread can be made up to 3 weeks ahead. Store in airtight container.)



CHOCOLATE ALMOND BISCOTTI [maisya]

3/4 cup (110 grams) blanched whole almonds, toasted and chopped coarsely
2/3 cup (135 grams) granulated white sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 cups (245 grams) all-purpose flour
4 ounces (110 grams) semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate, chopped into 1/2 inch (1.25 cm) pieces

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Toast almonds for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned and fragrant. Let cool and then chop coarsely. Set aside.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.

In bowl of your electric mixer (or with a hand mixer), beat the sugar and eggs on high speed until thick, pale, and fluffy (about 5 minutes). (When you slowly raise the beaters the batter will fall back into the bowl in slow ribbons.) At this point beat in the vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt. Add to the egg mixture and beat until combined. Fold in the chopped almonds and chocolate.

Transfer the dough to your parchment lined baking sheet and form into a log, about 12 inches (30 cm) long and 3 1/2 inches (9 cm) wide. You may have to dampen your hands to form the log as the dough is quite sticky.

Bake for 25 minutes, or until firm to the touch. Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack for about 10 minutes. Transfer log to cutting board and, using a serrated knife, cut log into slices 3/4 inch (2 cm) thick on the diagonal. Place the biscotti, cut side down, on the baking sheet. Bake 10 - 15 minutes, turn slices over, and bake another 10 - 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool. Store in an airtight container.

*Maisya bakar guna suhu 160 C, api atas dan bawah selama 25 minit
*Untuk bakar kali kedua pun maisya guna setting yg sama ... bakar 10 minit lepas tu terbalikkan dia dan sambung bakar lagi 5 minit.

Makes about 16 biscotti.

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup butter, softened
2/3 cup white sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking powder (maisya letak 1 tsp je)
2 eggs
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
4 (1 ounce) squares white chocolate, chopped(tak letak)
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips (tak letak)

DIRECTIONS:
1. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in cocoa and baking powder. Beat for 2 minutes. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Stir in flour by hand. Mix in white chocolate and chocolate chips. Cover dough, and chill for about 10 minutes.
2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Divide dough into two parts, and roll each part into a 9 inch long log. Place logs on lightly greased cookie sheet, about 4 inches apart. Flatten slightly.
3. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on cookie sheet for 5 minutes, then carefully transfer to a wire rack to cool for one hour.
4. Cut each loaf into 1/2 inch wide diagonal slices. Place slices on an ungreased cookie sheet, and bake at 325 degrees F ( 165 degrees C) for 9 minutes. Turn cookies over, and bake for 7 to 9 minutes. Cool completely, then store in an airtight container

*lepas baca komen-komen di allrecipes tu:
- maisya cuma letak 1 sudu kecil baking powder sebab ada yg kata kalau bubuh 2 sudu kecil nanti jadik crumbly.
- maisya cuma sejukkan dalam 10 minit je, lepas tu terus potong-potong
- maisya guna api atas & bawah so tak terbalikkan pun biscotti tu halfway...bakar je terus dalam 10- 15 minit.

Biskut Chocolate Treasure Mamazieza





Untuk base

250gm butter
25 g susu powder
65 gm gula kastor
250 gm tepung gandum/rose flour/tepung biskut
65 gm tepung jagung
50 gm koko

Untuk topping

2 cwn c/flakes
500 gm white chocolate
50 gm almond nibs.....
50 gm golden raisins/blackcurrants/kismis

cooking chocolate untuk drizzle

Pukul butter dan gula sehingga sebati, masukkan segala jenis bahan kering tadi
dan gaul hingga sebati dan dibulat-bulatkan dan ditekan dalam papercup.

Bakar.

Untuk topping, cairkan white chocolate (buat skit2 lerrrr) dgn menggunakan kaedah
double boiler... dah cair masukkan cornflakes, almond nibs, dan golden raisins tadi.
gaulkan hingga coklat tadi betul-betul menyalut semua bahan tadi... make sure jgn terlalu
banyak cornflakes nanti tak lekat plak.

Biskut yang dah sejuk tadi disusun dalam talam dan masukkan topping ke atas biskut tu.
pastu cairkan cooking cokelat dan masukkan dalam piping bag dan pipe secara drizzle
ke atas topping tadi... Biarkan topping nya kering dan simpan.

sedikit manik gula kecil(warna-warni)
secukupnya paper-cup kecil

Cara...
1. Pukul kembang butter dan gula.
2. Masukkan kuning telur dan esen vanilla dan gaul rata.
3. Masukkan tepung dan gaul rata.
4. Parutkan adunan kedalam mangkuk kecil dan isikan kedalam paper-cup.
5. Taburkan coklat rice dan manik gula kecil.
6. Bakat dalam oven dgn suhu 180 C sampai masak (anggaran 15 minit).
7. Sejukkan ...simpan dalam bekas kedap udara

250gm butter

450gm tepung kastard
2 biji kuning telur
1 s/k esen vanila
1 s/k emplex

Coklat Rice
Manik Warna Warni
Mangkuk Kertas

Cara2 Membuatnya : -
1) Pukul butter dan gula hingga kembang.
2) Masukkan kuning telur satu persatu dan kacau lagi hingga sebati.
3) Kemudian masukkan esen vanila dan emplex. Kacau lagi.
4) Akhir sekali masukkan tepung kastard dan uli hingga menjadi doh yang lembut.
5) Parutkan adunan ke dalam mangkuk kecil dan sudukan ke dalam paper cup.
6) Taburkan coklat rice dan manik gula kecil.
7) Bakar dalam oven dgn suku 150'C sampai masak.

Cara...
1. Pukul kembang butter dan gula.
2. Masukkan kuning telur dan esen vanilla dan gaul rata.
3. Masukkan tepung dan gaul rata.
4. Parutkan adunan kedalam mangkuk kecil dan isudukan kedalam paper-cup.
5. Taburkan coklat rice dan manik gula kecil.
6. Bakar dalam oven dgn suhu 150 'C sampai masak.
7. Sejukkan ...simpan dalam bekas kedap udara.

Bahan
250 gm butter
100 gm gula halus
350 gm tepung gandum.....]
100 gm tepung jagung.......] di ayak
1 biji kuning telur
1 s/teh esen vanilla

hiasan

sedikit manik gula kecil(warna-warni)
secukupnya paper-cup kecil

Cara...
1. Pukul kembang butter dan gula.
2. Masukkan kuning telur dan esen vanilla dan gaul rata.
3. Masukkan tepung dan gaul rata.
4. Parutkan adunan kedalam mangkuk kecil dan isudukan  kedalam paper-cup.
5. Taburkan coklat rice dan manik gula kecil.
6. Bakat dalam oven dgn suhu 180 C sampai masak (anggaran 15 minit).
7. Sejukkan ...simpan dalam bekas kedap udara.

6 oz mentega
4 oz icing sugar
6 oz tepung gandum
4 oz tepung custard
1/2 sudu teh baking powder
1/2 sudu vanilla
secukup chocolate rice
secukup paper cup
secukup "edible" manik (sebagai hiasan)

Cara-cara
Pukul gula dan mentega, kemudian masukkan tepung dan uli hingga sebati.
Parutkan adunan ini dan masukkan ke dalam paper cup.
Taburkan chocolate rice diatasnya dan letakkan sebiji manik.
Bakar pada 180 degree selama lebih kurang 10 minit.

BISKUT MAKMUR

Bahan Doh/Kulit
500 gm tepung gandum
80 gm gula halus
minyak sapi [ikut lembut boleh kepal]

Bahan Inti
300 gm kacang tanah
70 gm gula halus

Gula icing [untuk salut kueh]

Cara
1. Gaulkan semua bahan Doh sehingga lembut dan boleh dibentukkan.
2. Kacang tanah dibakar dalam oven selama 20 minit [sehingga kulit boleh tanggal bila di gosok kacang]
2. Mesinkan kacang dan gaulkan dengan gula.
3. Ambil doh dan leperkan.
4. Masukkan inti yg telah dibulat bentuk bujur sebesar biji buah kurma. Bentukkan bujur.
5. Bakar dalam suhu 180'C selama 20 - 25 mnit [sehingga nampak masak]
6. Sejukkan baru golekkan dalam gula icing.
7. Simpan dalam balang kedap udara


Biskut Makmur [Afisha22]


tepung gandum
minyak sapi yang dicairkan
kacang tanah yang telah digoreng..
secubit garam
gula aising..

tepung gandum diuli ngan minyak sapi dan secubit garam..
buat cam bebola pastuh masukkan kacang tanah sebiji ditengah bebola tu..
setengah orang hancurkan kacang tanah tu dulu..
tapi saya lebih suka wat sebiji.. sebiji...
pastuh masukkan dlm oven ..
bila dah masak dan sejuk skit..
bolehlah digolek golekkan dalam gula aising...
dah siap..

BISKUT MAKMUR [tarbiah]

Tepung gandum (cap sauh) - 1 kg
Minyak sapi - 1 tin (ambil yg tin medium size tu-harga dlm RM7@8++)
Kacang tanah - RM0.50(disangai, buang kulit dan tumbuk kasar2, xmau tumbukpun takpe)
Gula yg tlh dikisar halus - secukupnya utk menyalut biskut.

Gaul kedua bahan pertama dan uli hingga lembut dan tidak melekat di tangan.
Ambil sedikit adunan dan bungkus kacang didlmnya dan bulat2kan sebesar biji guli. Bakar..bila dah mask angkat dgn scrapper perlahan2 sbb ia lembut dan mudah pecah semasa masih panas dan cepat2 golekkan dlm gula tadi. Simpan dlm bekas kedap udara.

Kuih Makmur [milas]

Minyak sapi  - 1 cawan
marjerin planta - 1/2 cawan
Tepung kanji - 1/2 sudu besar
Gula halus - 1 sudu besar
Tepung gandum - lbh kurang 3 cwn++ (ayak dulu)

1. Tepung gandum+tpg kanji+ gula halus +marjerin + minyak sapi  - uli rata-rata (agak-agak blh dibentuk). sebaiknya tepung gandum jgn dimasukkan sekaligus. kalau tak ckp tpg tambah  lg sampai doh dah okay. Adunan ni memang melekat skit tp bila dah pandai bentuk tak ada masalah..

Isi dalam

Kacang goreng buang kulit (goreng tak berminyak)
- ditumbuk + gula semanis ikut suka
-Lepas masak tabur gula halus

p/s: Gula yg saya guna kan adalah gula kasar yg diblend...

hiris badam dan gajus yang telah dipanggang...
cairkan coklat masakan (cam nak buat almond london tu)..
gunakan sudu..
ambil hirisan badam dan gajus tu ngan sudu pastuh celupkan dlm coklat masakan
pastuh masukkan dalam bekas kecil (kertas)..
pastuh sejukkan.. dah siap tuk dimakan..

Bahan-bahan:

1 buttercup
gula halus (bukan icing) - 250g
tepung gandum - takde sukatan khusus tapi masuk skit2 sampai adunan tu boleh dikepal..
jgn keras sgt dan jgnlemb*t sgt.
kacang tanah - digoreng dan dibuang kulit (untuk intinya)

cara2nya :

Pukul butter dgn gula sampai lembut & gebu.
Pastu masukkan tepung sikit2. Uli sampai dia sebati dan boleh dikepal.
Masukkan kacang tanah sebijik dan uli bulat2.

Pastu nak bagi cantik masukkan dalam acu berbentuk bintang.
jadi bila bakar nanti cantik skit bontot dia tu coz ada corak.

CORNFLAKES CHOCOLATE CUTIE [cokelatrawkz]


Cornflakes                   1 kotak
Cooking Chocolate       1 bar
Gula Manik                    sikit buat ditabur....
Butter/Marjerin             3-4 sudu
Paper cup                      size kecil

1.  Cairkan cokelat masakan, bila dah cair masukkan butter/marjerin kacau hingga likat  Ketepikan.
2.  Ramas2 kasar Cornflaks dan masukkan ke dalam adunan cokelat.
3.  guna sudu teh masukkan ke dlm paper cup dan ditabur gula manik...

Cornflakes Cocoa Crunch Cookies[Dutchy]
lagi satu resipe dari sepupu saya tapi dah tried and tested sedap dan crunchy, Dutchy takde camera so tak leh tunjuk gambar, tapi cuba lah pasal sedap budak2 merebut nak makan :

9 ons tepung gandum
300 gram mentega
170 grm coco crunch
170 grm cornflakes
7 ouns gula pasir halus
1 sudu teh essen vanilla
1 biji kuning telur
100grm badam cincang
cara2nya:

pukul mentega dan gula sampai kembang,masukan telur, lepas 5 minit, masukkan essen dan tepung

ramas cococrunch dan cornflakes, tapi jgn hancur sangat....campurkan ke dalam bahan mentega tadi dan taburkan badam cincang..........masukkan dalam cup dan bakar in about 7-10 minit.......api 170 degrees......

220gm tepung gandum

bahan hiasan :

Cara
1. Pukul mentega,gula kastor, minyak sapi dan pewarna hijau epal sehingga sebati.
2. Kemudian, masukkan tepung beras dan tepung gandum dan gaul sebati. Masukkan serbuk badam.
    Rehatkan adunan seketika
3. selepas itu, bolehlah diuli dan canai doh dan terapkan acuan
4. Bakar pada suhu 175C selama 20 minit
5. setelah sejuk, paip atau lorek dgn coklat masakan putih

Biskut Udang Kering (ikan bilis) [Baiduri Othman]

Bahan2nya:-
100g mentega
150g self-raising flour
100g udang kering ditumbuk (ikan bilis goreng ditumbuk)
Sedikit lada (pepper)
Sedikit garam (jgn terlalu masin sebab udang kering/ikan bilis dah masin)
1 biji telur kuning
Hirisan daun bawang & daun sup (optional – jika suka)

Cara2 membuatnya:-
1.        Tepung bersama garam & lada digaul sebati. Baru masuk mentega & gaul sampai jadi mcm breadcrumb.
2.        Baru masuk telur, udang kering (atau ikan bilis) & daun sup/daun bawang. Gaul rata sampai jadi dough. Simpan dlm peti sejuk selama 1 jam. Baru canai, sapu kat atas biskut dgn kuning telur & bakar dlm oven mcm biskut lain. (Kalau kakak saya dia potong2 mcm mancis & tak sapu kuning telur.)

PS. Saya biasanya goreng tepung tanpa minyak dlm kuali sebelum digunakan. Cara ini boleh membuat biskut cepat masak & tak hangus kat bwh dia.

Biskut Nugget Dgn Cornflakes [kacip_fatimah]

Bahan-bahan :-
20 bars coklat nugget Cloud 9, dipatah-patahkan
2 sdb mentega
2 cwn cornflakes
beberapa cawan kertas

Hiasan :-
Sedikit coklat rice
White cooking chocolate

Cara-cara :-
1. Masukkan coklat Cloud 9 ke dlm periuk dan cairkan.
2. Masukkan mentega dan gaul sehingga larut.
3. Tuang cornflakes. Tutup api dan terus menggaul sehingga sebati.
4. Sudukan ke dalam acuan kertas dan hias dgn white cooking choc dan sedikit taburan choc rice
