Umah lelong, mostly flat kalo beli untung maaa... Kalo sewa, musti byk yg nak...
Yg penting MONEY masuk, len kira belakang... I pun nak wat camtu gak, beli umah lelong, dok situ jap... pastu sewa then beli umah lagik... Paling better la, beli tanah... Bbakti pada tanah, rezeki byk masuk...

nasihat ko ni pun menusuk kalbu ku juga, sebagai peringatan di masa depan.

tapi jaman skrg ni mmg payahlah. cinta tu cintala juga TAPI bile dah kawen, siaplah dok gaduh pasal itu ini, esp duit. no 1 reason for divorce all around the world is money. selalunye duit tu tak mencukupi atau ada conflict that stemmed from mismanagement of money. kerana duit donia boleh terbalik.
