9 bulan skejap je lah. Ckp je take career break utk memikirkan hala tuju career and right opportunity. Kalau dia tanya apa ko buat dlm masa gap tu. Boleh ke ckp persue hobby ke to do list

Pada I, anak sulung & anak tengah ni kebanyakannya jenis penyabar, high empathy and responsible.
Anak bongsu pulak jenis bubbly and creative.
Ala saje je tanya, ajak la borak sikit.

Kita faham anak sakit, co worker aku, kalau laki sakit pon bini kena el dah kenapa. Laki dia bukan budak kecik pon. Anak pon dah besar panjang wakakakaka cam jilake tau kalau muka yg sama je el/mc tiap minggu, tu belum masuk cuti org mati tiap bulan lagi. Byk bebenor sedara mara dia mati. Tiap bulan ada yg mati on top of el & mc.

I bet ada sebab interviewer tanya soalan mcm tu. Sb dh kena la sizzz.. kalau company tu tak tanya, sb mmg dia bernasib baik x dpt staff yg tiap2 minggu kena mc/el sb anak/laki/bini sakit. Kalau bab jaga anak sakit mmg dia aja, spouse tak boleh cuti atas mcm2 sebab.

Stress dgn org begini yaaa....

Skejap la. Less than 2 year masih tak menimbulkan byk persoalan. Ramai je ambil career gap, gi travel, fokus ke family, jaga org sakit, beranak etc

orang yg x kerja lebih dari 3-4 bulan ni, mostly dpt income dari mana yer? ada passive income cam rumah sewa or saving dorg mmg banyak sampai boleh tahan selama tu unemployed?

setiap kali apply cuti alasan personal matter

bergantung sebenarnya.
bila aku itvw candidate aku tak berapa kisah sangat tang status married ke bujang ke apa.
aku lebih tgk attitude dia masa keja sebab selalunya tang skill and experience tu aku kasik kat manager dept yg tgk sbb diaorg lebih tau.
aku pun pernah tanya candidate bujang ada plan nak kawen ke dalam masa terdekat just for knowledge.
yg kawen tanya anak skang sapa jaga so kalau hire anak dia antar kat mana?
kalau rasa soalan ni salah pada aku tidaklah jugak. pernah offer candidate tapi dia mintak masa utk start keja sbb kena cari taska utk anak dia dulu, me and the manager okay but end up dia rijek sbb tak jumpa taska utk anak dia.
