berdasarkan pemerhatian aku...resume kat sini objektif nye lebih general

bukan apa... kadang kadang objective le yang tentukan samada interviewer nak terus baca resume kita tu... terima kasih sekali lagi.

perlukah dlm resume tu tulis subject2 yg dibelajar yg related ngan position yg diaorg nak apply???

adalah lebih baik untuk senaraikan subject2 yang telah dipelajari. Terutama sekali untuk subject IT, multimedia, programming dan sebagainya.

kalau fresh graduate seeloknya letak subject dan praktikal sekalik..kalau dah ade pengalaman kerja juz letak project yg pernah buat... masa nak apply kerja sila revise resume ngikut requirement kerja itu sahaja.Sbb diorang cuma tgk yg berkaitan sahaja. jgn gunakan resume yg sama utk semua kerja..sekian

nak tanya...selalunye bila interviewer suh kita 'introduce ur self'....any idea ayat2 yg mantap dan bleh impress dia sket...aku slalu failed bab nih...bukan apa cam bercelaru sket lepas dah bagtau nama aku dah tak tau nak start apa....:hmm:

Aku suggest check job description tu, and kalo bole, try tanye orang yang keje ngan company tu yang ko kenal. And see what quality you might want to highlight. Contohnya, aritu aku dapat interview ngan one big construction company, Kiewit. Kebetulan kawan aku ade keje situ, and aku terjumpe dia mase career fair. Dia cite pasal keje dia. And from there aku identify ciri-ciri yang dorang mungkin nak. And mase interview, tu benda yang aku highlight. And the interview made up his mind to recommend me for a second interview after only 10 minutes.

But, don't lie.

Lagi satu, aku ade gak interview sebelum ni ngan petronas ngan UPM. and for some reasons, when they ask about you, they want to know your family background too. It's so irrelevant. I would say that if you're not asked, don't bother talking about your family background.

The interview:

Tip 1:  Learn the name of your interviewer and greet him or her with a firm handshake.
Tip 2:  Relax and answer each question concisely.
Tip 3:  Respond promptly.
Tip 4:  Maintain eye contact with your interviewer.  This reflects your confidence.
Tip 5:  Listen actively and do not interrupt the interviewer.
Tip 6:  Use Proper English. No slang.
Tip 7:  Use good manners.
Tip 8:  Be positive.  Avoid negative comments about past employers.
Tip 9:  Be enthusiastic and cooperative.
Tip 10: Use body language to show your interest and enthusiasm.
Tip 11: Relate your answers to the interviewer and the organization. Focus on  achievements relevant to the position.
Tip 12: Ask questions about the position and the organization.  However, be sure to  avoid  questions whose answers can easily be found on the company Web site. DO NOT ask about salary and benefits unless a job offer is made.
Tip 13:  Thank the interviewer at the end of the interview.
Tip 14:  After the interview, send a Thank You Letter.
