jap..ko punya notice seminggu jah..
so byr seminggu jer la..tak perlu la byr sampai sebulan
...
notice seminggu..tp kalau ko nak resign bukan dier ada clause lain ker..kalau nak resign tanpa notice seminggu tuh kena bayar 1 month salary..

tgk kat offer letter..
cth kalo kat offer letter tuh kata notice period during probation 1 week, after probation 1 month.....upon termination by either party, salary in lieu of notice period has to be paid bla bla bla (lbey kurang)..so kalo resign dlm masa probation, byr seminggu jer la.
lain la kalo offer letter teda mention probation or after probation..cuma kata notice period sebulan, haaa yg tuh kena byr sebulan notice altho resign on first day of work

selalu kalau kompani tuh nak pakai urgent..dier sanggup tolong bayarkan..kan pingu kan..

the contract of service may be terminated by either party as follows:
a) before conformation : 1weeks written notice or salary in lieu thereof.
b) after conformation : 2month written notice or salary in lieu thereof.
c) if you absents from work for more than 48hours without notice, you shall
be deemed to have self-terminated the contract with our company and we reserved the right to take all necessary
action that deem fit.

apakata ko gi call/jumpa orang yg interview ko aritu..project manager kan? ..try kowtim ngn dier..ko bgtau laa reason ko.. HR nih kadang kadang mengada skit..

salary in lieu tu gantirugi kalau notice tak cukup...ada 2 keadaan:
1) klu hang tender surat tp cukup notis, hang xpayah bayar apa2....tp kalau hg xmau tunggu nk cabut terus, hg bayaq la seminggu gaji @ sbulan gaji ikut dlm offer letter tu sbg ganti rugi kt depa....
2) majikan nak terminate hg teruih, depa akan bayaq hang ikut mcm stated dlm surat gak (yg ni ikut kes jugak la)
