80% jaga makan, 20% bersenam. Itu kata pakar la..
Aku pernah cecah 68kg tahun lepas.. Aku ikut cara kevin zahri, kira kalori intake.

So aku cari kalori intake untuk badan aku..so bila dah dpt, aku makan la dengan had kalori yg sepatutnya.
Masa tu kalori intake aku dalam 1600...so klau nk turunkan berat badan tanpa brsenam, aku just amek separuh iaitu 800..tapi ada juga terlebih dari separuh tu..sokay asalkan xmelebihi 1600.

Aku dah amek kurang kalori dan aku buat senaman biasa2 kat rumah. Lari setempat, sit up, push up (kaki sampai paras lutut atas sofa atau katil), squat, lompat bintang, plank.. Bukan hari2 pun aku buat nie, klau terlebih rajin. Tp sebenarnya masa baring tgk tv tu pun aku buat senaman kaki...

Almost 3 bulan la kot, aku berjaya turun 9kg.

Biasalah, bila dah rasa kurus tu confirm rasa xkan naik badan klau makan mcm bela antu raya.. End up badan aku naik balik.. Dah la malas bersenam, melantak plak mcm jebon.. berat aku naik jadi 60kg.. Aku buat atkins diet plak...inci berkurang tp berat tidak.. So aku buat jugak walaupun aku tak faham cara atkins nie.. Dan mungkin sbb xsesuai dgn aku..sbb aku cepat pening sbb kurang gula secara mendadak..so biasalah bila badan kurang gula, aku susah nk control makan.. Aku bedal semua protein dan avoid gula dan carbs.. Last2 give up dan badan bagai dipam2.. Dan plak bila stress berat makin naik, aku amek ubat kurus...sebenarnya xyakin tp terpengaruh dgn testimoni so aku amek jgk.. Xhabis sebotol pun.

Bila semua dah tegur aku makin bulat..aku timbang dah 70kg.. Menyesal tada guna..so aku nekad nk stay ngan kalori diet je..skrg tgh start balik.. Buat cardio sikit2 sambil makan ikut kalori intake sepatutnya... Alhamdulillah dan kurang 3kg..

exercise mcm mana pon akan jd sia2 klu masih lg mkn junk food,manisan, dll. eat clean & drink more plain water. my routine skrg buat plank, crunches, squats, cardio & mcm2 lg. =)

ohhh i exercise utk tone body n control my weight sbb bmi i normal ;).. u bole check ig squatguide kat situ theyols share mcm2 senaman
