nanti semua guys yang macho2 kat sini..

nak tnya ckit, kalo bulk, perut jd buncit ke? aku skrg ni tgh cut, b4 diz perut aku buncit, skrg ni makin kempis lak aku rasa   kalo lepas habis cut, aku bulk pastu perut buncit balik, susah jgk

kalo anda bulking dan buncit, maknanye anda bulking fat, bukan muscle.
Terrgy Galloyt bekas Mr Asia pernah kata, wpun bulking, pastikan 4 packs kelihatan

yg nih kena kupas training black book..

dlm dunia fitness - diorang membahagikan muscle type kepada 3 jenis - secara umum..

tp dlm sains sukan - diorang bagikan muscles secara lebih micro.. 6  atau 7 jenis.. ada beberapa kaedah utk kenal  jenis muscle macam mana kah yg kita lebih dominan? maksudnye kalu kita bahagikan muscle kepada 6 bhg.. bhg 1 + bhg 2 + bhg 3 +... + bhg 6 = 100%.. nih masuk bab genetik --  byk kita dengar hard gainer easy gainer etc etc..

training for power, training for endurance, training for speed, training for functional training for ballistic etc etc.. cara approach sumer sedikit berbeza... secara umumnye sumer ikut prinsip dan hukum fizik ===> F (daya) = m (jisim) * A (acceleration)... manakala power plak  = Kuasa = jumlah kerje dlm sesuatu masa... sbg contoh... "Pullup 10 rep laju2 yg  ambik masa 15 saat" adalah lebih Power/berkuasa dpd "Pullup 10 reps slow/steady  yg  ambik masa 30 saat"..

nanti aku citer panjang lagi...

kalau henjut mana ada guna muscle.. kan guna momentum baik kurangkan weight..

tapi kalau kat gym budak2 badan besar main henjut jer aku tgk...
