kak nor.. ingat sy lagi tak? sy amik sp kat kak nor. start hari isnin, masuk ni dah 6 hari guna. semalam sy timbang, loss about 800gm... hari ni sabtu, gi office pakai baju dolu2 best ah.. lengan ada kecik sikit, wings kat belakang pun dah kuncup.. suka sangat.. . pada sesapa yg masih berkira2 nak mencuba tu.. cuba la tak rugi.. sblm ni sy pun dah byk product guna tapi tak berkesan pun, dah la diet separuh nyawa..

tu lah...bukan 5y4f..je yg segan ..akak pun  lagi segan  ...umur dh senja...nk tayang body!!!  issshhhh idak lerrr... ...cukup utk kepuasan diri sendiri...sesuai dgn umur akak !!!  

kalau pun ada yg akak tunjuk hari tu..dgn mata yg di lorekan & gmbr yg agak blur...ehehhe ....sekadar nak naikkan semangat adik2 yg sedang berkira2 nk cuba produk diet yg mana sesuai...sp bole jadi benchmark nya!!!

    5y4f.. InsyaAllah kalau awak ikut apa yg kak nor saran kan tu.. minum air 3 litre jgn luper.. mcm saya, pagi sy makan cornflakes kellogs K (yg utk diet tu).. pastu tengahari makan mcm biasa + buah, malam sy makan sblm pukul 7, nasi sikit dgn lauk tanpa kuah dan lepas makan amik sesudu madu.. hehee.. tapi awak ikut kesesuaian awak la, tapi seriously sblm ni sy tak pernah dapat result gini.. sy berat 57kg tapi rendah, tu yg nampak katik.. jenis atas kecik bawah besar.. harap2 awak pun dapat menyelim kan badan sblm raya..

InsyaAllah kak.. mmg berazam nak turun kan berat badan for health purposes.. sy ni jenis kaki kecik, badan pulak dah bulat jadi tak seimbang, bulan lepas asyik tergolek jer.. sy tertarik nak cuba sp pun sbb kak nor punya testi yg mmg menyakin kan.. tukang jual cuba dulu.. siap dgn testi bergambar lagi..

yes..dear , terimakasih bagi support kat akak...akak pun secara kebetulan je ni....sbb dah guna & berkesan kpd diri akak, jadi akak x teragak2 nk promote kat adik2 yg diluar sana, yg  masih tercari2 produk diet yg sedap, senang & affordable!!! insyaAllah dengan izin DIA, kita semua dapat slim secara sihat!!!  yang baik datang dari YG MAHA ESA,  yg kurang dari kelemahan diri akak sendiri!! semalam pi tgk sheila majid.......best giler!! dah lah mom pun peminat acisss.....adusss jambunya.....huhu. sheila kecik sangat sangat sangat.....rasanya berat dia dlm 40kg gitu. nanti hari raya tengok laa...kot ada muka mom terselit kat depan kaca tv.....coz duduk 2nd row dari stage.......hehe!! malu...... sowwiii offtopic sat.....can't help being soo excited....

   4. "Plateaus" in weight loss aren't necessarily bad. If you're exercising a lot, your weight may remain constant for a time even though you're still decreasing your body fat content and getting healthier.

   5. Finally, cues other than the numbers on the scale are equally important. How do you feel? Are your clothes getting looser or tighter? Do you feel stronger, healthier, leaner? Your own perceptions can be the most valuable tools to help you track your weight control progress.

Saya sebelum berkahwin aktif dengan sukan angkat berat.. so lepas kawin dah x aktif, bila x aktif badan pun makin naik. Perut sememangnya makin buncit hehehe.. dan peha bertambah besar. Bila shopping seluar kena amik size besar sket sbb x lepas bahagian peha bila pakai. Alhamdulillah lepas pertama kali amik produk diet dan mengikut saranan yang betul kesan memang boleh nampak walaupun baru sminggu pengambilan. seluar pun byk dah longgar, pipi pun dah kurang tembam.. tu yang best. Sekarang dah nak masuk 2 bulan pengambilan shape plus ni.. berat pun dah kurang 8kg.. harap boleh turun lagi banyak kg.
