bestnya tgok u ols.. buat piza.... mcm untie kita kat bangi.. rajin buat piza.. then dier simpan dlm sejuk beku.. nnt bila sedara mara dtg... termasuk kita.. dier akan bakar kejap.. nyum.nyum.. sedap..

ishh nak try buatlah....

Hangatkan balik topik pizza nih......sabtu lepas, sarapan buat pizza...anak 4 org, mintak mcm2 rasa...sorang nak seafood...sorang nak sosej...sorang nak tuna..sorang lagi nak daging....jadi..anis bantai buat pizza ala2 4 musim..


Selepas bakar sekejab kasi masak bahan2 topping masak....1/4 tu kekonon boh anak2 doh kecik dalam isi cheese..


selepas ditabur dengan cheese dan mozarella...sedia utk dibakar semula..


Sesudah dibakar..doh2 kecik tu tergaring lak belah atasnyer...sedia utk dimakan....

antara tujuan ayak is: utk mengasingkan tepung dengan bendasing cthnye bubuk, ulat, pasir, dsbgnye. kalau yakin tepung yg digunakan tu bersih, xperlu ayak.
tujuan lain, kalau ayak tepung banyak kali, dptlah tepung yg halus. n xberketul2. hehe

Harap sahabat yang pm anis tanya mana anis beli mozarella yang halal, anis dah balas pm tu..harap sahabat tersebut ada terima balasa pm tersebut...sebab ada masalah sikit kat pm anis, ramai jugak kekawan yang anis reply pm deme, deme tak dapat.....

mcm mana ek dier frozen tue?? i mean, dier dah siap dough tue, and tempek2 bagai, then terus simpan dlm freezer ker

buat pizza nie ku rasa senang sgt. tp nyer, kalau nak wat utk makan2 and nak wat byk2 rasanya kena wat style frozen nie gak....utk emergency kalau piza tak cukup.....tayah nak uli2 dah waktu sibuk tue...

so, camana nak frozen kan pizza yg kita buat tue ek??

eh selak beberapa page ke belakang, dah jumperla jawapan yg saya carik tue....

then letakkan topping...simpan dalam freezer..
nak makan bakar semula sekadar keju mozarella tu cair [10 - 12 minit]


bakar dulu, taruk topping, then simpan balik....

kita buat pizza masak guna pan... uwaaa, tak jadi pun.. jenuh tutup.. lambat beno mozarella, dan parmesan nak cair... memula guna kuali stain less steel... wakakaka... hangus pizza base tu.. lepas tu tukar non stick.. pun sampai hampir hangus..

tulun la.. ada belen lagi keju tu sume... salah guna resepi ke... guna resepi kat noor masri yang kat page 1.. tapi tak bakar,... ke ada resepi lain....

last last asben kita makan gigit ke atas, tinggal roti je kat bawah...

bleh sesapa bg lagi resepi yang sebenarnya kalo guna non stick pan...

HAH,

tau dah silap mana... silap resepi.. resepi kak noor yang page 1 tu utk di bakar.... rupanya amik resepi kat page 3...

tetiba nak rasa gelak guling guling.. jenuh bangun pagi uli doh... pehtu dah uli... dah perap sume, kita canai jadi bulat (x bulat sangat pun, buat kecik kecik) dapat dalam 4 biji, pehtu buh dalam non stick pan, terbalik瞜an dan letak kat pinggan lain...

chis chis..sudah ku tahu mana silapnye

lagik satu kan, nak tanyer...

aper beza bread improver & conditioner (dah mcm syampoo rambut lak ) dengan pelembut roti?

adakah itu bahan yg sama? dan mcm mana nak guna kalau nak buat pizza? (sajer jek mcm nak kasik dough tue lebe lembuttttttt nyum nyum). boleh campo skalik ker dgn tepung and yeast masa menguli tue??

My Beef Peperoni Pizza.

Easy Pizza Dough

  • 1 cup of warm water (105F)
  • 3 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of yeast
