Ur pizza ni nampak so yummy... mesti best sebab u banyak letak mozarella

Ni saye punya pizza .... base guna resepi donut suria .... for beginner rase OK la kot. Yang ni saya just carik2 kan slice cheddar cheese sbb x di pekan tempat ku ini x de stock mozarella cheese...

So ni da jadik one of the kids favourite menu untuk bekal ke sekolah



Base yang tengah diperam....


Topping : Chicken + beef sausage, mayonis, sos tomato + sos cili


Nampak tempting bila da letak cheese, ready untuk di ngap......

Hai cendawan....

Yang I buat bila dah uli tu peram dalam 20 minit.... da mengembang uli balik utk keluarkan angin, terus letak kat tray.  After that cucuk doh ngan garfu dan restkan dalam mase 10 minit lagi... dan bolehla letakkan topping

Tips peram ni I dapat kat forum ni gak yang mane kalau guna yis mauripan waktu peraman doh tu x bleh lebih dari 1/2 jam utk elakkan doh jadi liat semula... I apply this tips both for my donut and pizza.:victory:

Tak tau la soalan ni dah ditanya atau belom kat page2 belakang tu...:

Boleh sesiapa yg expert buat doh pizza jawap soalan saya ni?
Soalannya, kenapa doh (dah masak) saya keras (potong dgn pisau pun susah) bila dah sejuk n tak lembut? n tekstur nya mcm kulit karipap yg masak, cuma bezanya doh pizza tebal.

seperti dlm resipi: bhn2 yg sy guna tepung gandum, air suam, yis mauripan,mentega, shortening, garam, gula, n fresh milk sikit.

pada pendapat saya....doh anda tu kurang liquid......doh kena lembut dan elastik dan pastikan dia betul2 kebang 2 kali ganda masa di perap... kalau masa u uli tu pon tak berapa lembut n elastik.....serta dia mcm tak berapa kembang...kebiasaannyer doh mmg akan keras....

err...ada sapa2 lagi kat sini yg leh tambah..

saya wat doh guna sikit je bahan...

gandum (saya suka guna tepung pau or tepung hongkong, sbb doh akan jadi lebih lembut)
air
yis
garam
olive oil

thanx...lainkali sy nak cuba guna tepung pau instead of tepung biasa.

hairanaz, apa bezanya doh pizza kalau kita campur kan dgn tepung berprotein tinggi? sb ada jugak sy jumpa resipi yg campur dgn tepung protein tinggi.

minggu lepas nak wat pizza tapi malas nak wat base...so dewi beli pita bread jer... belah dua  then buh topping... then bakar ... hehehehe

pizza guna hapa benda yg ada kt dapur....malas nak pi cari camera, belasah ajerlah cam hset....
abaikan pisau n pizza yg dah cacat kena cubit2 tu...dahlah keju bersememeh meleleh bagai

    Itu pizza sendiri buat. Resipi ambil dari internet. Peperoni tu beli kat Giant Ampang Point brand Omar Deli. Cold Storage GE Mall pun ada. Most of time out of stock. Kalau ada, memang borong banyak2. Number phone Omar Deli 03-87370421, you call tanya mana tempat nak beli paling dekat dengan rumah.

    smlm nak wat pizza, beli mozarella cheese kat giant, tgk date belom lg expired, tp beli bukak bau semacam jerk, ingat kerk bau dia sebelom masak mmg mcm tuh, lepas tabur kat pizza, baru perasan ade kulat......iiiiiiiiiieeeeeeee geram betol!!
