oo yeke..oklah rate camtu...kawan aku tu umah pun dia tak dok lai kat kd tu..beli n dah hias2 jek..
bile nak masuk tak tau la plak aku ...

aku dulu nak dok apartment gak pasal bkn byk brang kat tropicana memula nak try out
pasty sewa okla part parking yg kena tambah
pasal ada 2 keta kan so dok la putra height umah double storey pun still murah lai..
muat parking both keta..

ni yg tgh dok pk ni.
ha..kat area bdr puteri puchong ni sewa double storey house mmg murah lagik.
adik kami pernah sewa dpt rm700 ke 800 kalo x silap.
umah mmg besor. puas ati.

emm umah aku 22x75 sewa rm650 jek...umah seksyen baru plak tu...bebaru ni jiran dpnumah pindah sewa umah lai beso 24x75 rm700 jek...5 blk..dia dok ber2 jek...bujang terlajak or actualy laki2 jenis metroseksual ni..
dulu dia rajin anto makanan umah aku...buat open house kalah umah org dah kawin..macam2 jenis masakan

aku pasal nak dok sewa double storey pasal kes keta la..kalo tak bole je dok apartment tp pk2 mak aku selalu drive dtg sini leceh la plak sewa aprtment nak park2..tu cari umah sewa are jauh sket tp puas hati la..actually dkt jek ngan area entertainment..nak pi ou tak jauh..nak puchong or putrajay pun tak jauh..

aku ni dr dulu nak membeli2 tak beli pasal fussy nya kes la...memang nak beli landed terus...tu pasal mencari bagai nak rak...dah jumpa area tp umah plak mahal...nak try tgk yg launch baru ni if ada yg affordable lai nak membeli

hehe aku beli since single lagi. mak aku ok aje kalo dtg cuma biasalah org tua kan? for sure nak bertanah bagai
laki aku pon sama, mmg invest kondo. cuma akan datang kena prepare la, anak makin besar

aku tunggu our next project, range kira boleh tahan lagi.

ooooo...bab keta ni x brapa kisah sgt. aku pon dah pakai satu keta je skang ni.
cuma time org dtg jelah yg mungkin jadik masalah skit.
ntahlah...yg penting selesa.
bila tgk umah double-storey slalu cakap kat hb bilalah nak duduk umah mcm ni.
teruioh dia kata dok apt cam tu pon dah penakot ni kan pulak nak duduk umah teres. cheh..potong stim betol aku nak berangan.

fuh, maybank bagus apa? ada clerk yg keje maybank fortis tu citer, loan umah dia cecah 140K tau
tu baru clerk, kalo officer, exec dah bape kan? siap ada balance to renovate lagi

aku dulu dok credit dept lagiklah berpinor mata.
rajin gak kena gi launching dulu.
punyer best sampai aku nak beli umah kat area sungai buluh tu.
