Bila iols down, iols minta doa supaya orang yg buat iols down tu dimurahkan rezeki so that he/she wont make others down with his/her horrible behaviour.
Atau iols tgk hujan turun, sambil bayangkan bila hujan tu stop, ke'down'an iols patut stop juga.

Kalau i down, i suka online shopping. Masa browsing tu melekakan sampai lupa apa masalah. Browse benda kecik2 je pun. Kalau tak, i lari dari punca masalah. Tunggu tone down baru face balik. Masa tu, dah emotionally kuat nak hadap biasanya. |

gently pull down your pants and underwear...sit down and relax...
put some oil on your shaft and slowly stroke it with minimal pressure..
while you grip your shaft, stroke it up and down while feeling the sensation of the oil and the pleasure of your hands...
when you feel calm, stroke the shaft faster and faster...
the time will come when you feel the pain squirting out of the shaft and onto your body...
