kak liza rasa reganya dalam rn25.00 kot tapi bahan ni beratnya 2 kgs...
so banyak kali boleh buat ooo..
sekali buat hanya 160gm jer + 1 liter fresh milk..
just masak sampai mendideh dan tuangkan dalam acuan yg berisi caramel..pastu sejukkan..
bila nak hidangkan..buh la fruit koktel..

eena, shida tak pernah try brand tu. dulu ada satu brand tu, tak ingat nama. tapi kotak warna hijau. dulu beli kat sogo. hari tu nak pergi beli tak de dah. mak sedara shida dulu beli kat giant. yang itu pun masak adunan atas api je. caramel dia pun dah siap sekali. senang sangat buatnya.

shida....nama brand yg eena cakap kotak biru tu....PILLSBURY. last friday eena gie tecso cari pudding caramel nihhh tak de la shida then saturday nite tu pulak gi carrefour pon tak de.....

hehhehe...gara2 terpengaruh kat sini...2 mlm berturut wat karamel....jumaat mlm ngan sabtu mlm.....
hak ha hak.....

mula2 tu buat sket je.....dlm mangkuk kaserol yg rendah tu...loyang tak de ...terpaksalah guna mangkuk kaserol tuh....lama sket lah time kukus....lupa lak adik2 balik masa tu...elok2 je bila dah sejuk masuk fridge...bangun sok pagi dah abis sebelah dibahan dek abah ngan adik....yang mula2 ni pakai susu pekat manis...dah sedap rasa dia...x manis sangat....

2nd nite tu buat pakai susu kotak.....esepi shida kan ???? tapi caramel pulak terlebih hangus...jadik pahit...tapi licin gak pagi ahad semalam...hehehhehehe....tapi jadik lembik sgt la...lebih susu kot....tak leh nak terbalikkan...pecah....takpe...next time ada masa try lagik...nak beli loyang dulu.....

EG. kalau lembik tu berkemungkinan besar sebab belum benar-benar masak, creme caramel masih bergoyang...lebih baik kalau masak lebih lama hingga puddingnya cuma bergoyang sikit or tidak bergoyang......

kalau berlubang tu maknanya masa kukus tu api terlampau kuat..lenkali guna api pelan aje tau..serupa gak kalau steam bake..jgn buh air mendidih bwh loyang tu hanya buh air suam2 je....baru lah elok texturenya..
