ikan Hake tuh isinya putih kan...eh sana ada tak mackerel..guna aje mackerel yg tecit2 tuh pun buleh..kalau tak de jugak..hake pun hake lah..

anak2 akak nih..ikut maknya hantu kopok lekor...yg sikecik masa mula2 masak kepok lekor tuh..ada ke dia pi sebut sosej..mak nak sosej...hahahhaha..giant sosej..

aah.. yg isi putih,sedap rasa manis isi dia, kalau yg fresh.
ari tu buat Fish ball resipi kaknoor dgn ikan hake sedap...
yg tecit2 susah nak jumpa,kat sini beso2 ikan mackerel tapi mahal sikit,
satu lagi nak p beli tu jauh sangat lagi pun hb blk m'sia.
kalau guna ikan hake yg frozen tu murah sikit.

p/s kalau kawinkan dua2 ikan tu boleh kot kaknoor kan?

selalunya kalau kat ganu kopok losong famous kan..tak pernah pula dengar mek kerinting ni.
kat mana mek kerinting tu nya gerai huda?selalu gi pasar payang tapi tak kenal penjualnya sgt.Sos kopok tu kdg2 buat sendiri utk cicah dgn cucur udang.
paling tak suka keropok lembut yg byk jual di area KL ni...tak sama cam keropok ganu juga.

tepung sagu putih dgn sagu rumbia ni lain my mom cakap...sagu rumbia ni color dia merah skit,kalau buat keropok paling ummmph.susah dah nak jumpa sagu rumbia ni...except sabah sarawak kot.

Kalau tepung sagu tu taulah. Tapi kalau sagu rumbia tu tak tau pulak. Kalau senang jumpa kat sini, bolehlah cuba buat kepok lekor guna sagu rumbia tu.

masa gi Miri pernah beli yg dlm peket masa kat pasar mlm.Bawa balik my mom cakap ni lah sagu rumbia..agaknya sana namanya lain kot baiduri.

Agaknyalah kot. Nantilah saya cuba cari. Warna dia merah sikit ya. Saya pun teringin nak cuba buat kepok lekor sebab saya suka makan. Dah lama tak makan keropok. Nanti kalau jumpa tepung sagu rumbia, bolehlah cerita kat sini.

BTW, sos utk kepok lekor tu ada resipi tak?

kepok ni sebenornya kepok seberang takir. mek rambut kerinting tu tukang jual je. kat paso payang tu mostly kepok seberang takir yg dijual

tu la kak noor..huda suka sos dia sebab ada rasa masam2 skit. sebenornya nok amik gambo mek tu skali tapi dia malu. huda kata nok tunjuk ke kakok saya hok dok london..:bgrin:

mmg suka kopok ganu kalau kopok lembut dok sanggup ambe....
sos tu nek buat simple je(kalau nek simple sokmo)cili boh ikut pedas,gula melaka,gula pasir,garam,air asam jawa.Masak sampai didih dan rasa.Selalu bagi nek sukatannya..cili boh satu senduk kecik,gula melaka sekeping,gula pasir sesudu,garam skit dan air asam jawa byk skit sbb rasa mesti masam2,pedas dan manis.manja2 gitu bak kata erra fazira.

sama la cara huda & mak buat. tapi biasanya mmg guna nisang jer..masak lama skit nok kasi pekat. cicoh ikang selayang celup tepung sedap wehhhh....:mll:
