   agak kronik masalah donna nie....
sebenarnya berat belebihan bukan masalah lemak jer...

semua org akan ckp...diet n senam jer la..baru lemak tu cair...

tapi tak semua org faham...sukar..iyer..ia adalah sukar....

sbb tu la di keliling kita, bisness utk weight loss berkembang dgn pesat..dari pill, herbalife, gym, dvd workout,slimming center semua tu....
untung tokei2 besar..............

tapi kena ingat tiada apa y mustahil....

mulakan dgn sygi diri kita sendiri dulu...... kalau kita tak syg diri kita, camne badan kita nak bekerjasama dgn kita....
bersyukur la dgn nikmat y Allah dah beri.. kurang2 donna leh melihat, berjalan, makan..itu satu rahmat y besar.....
bila kita dh syg diri kita..baru la kita ada kekuatan nak jaga badan kita..kita nak pakai badan kita lama kan..............
donna leh try kuruskan badan..tapi bila dh slim adakah donna yakin donna akan lebih gembira...owh tidak semestinya....
semua nie kena bermula dari dlm diri donna juga.... sygi diri donna...bila kita syg diri kita, baru la kita akan attract kasih syg dari luar tuk syg diri kita..


kegemukan berkait rapat dgn penyakit, memang tak dpt dinafikan.... ada org ckp "aku gemuk tapi aku sihat"...
sihat mcm mana tu? sihat sampai kan nak naik tangga termengah2... bila berjalan lama lutut sakit... peh tu melecet kt paha sbb bergesel... itu dari segi fizikal..
camne lak dari segi kesihatan emosi? bila nampak baju berkenan alih2 takde saiz... nak bergaya pun susah..nak kena cari kedai y jual baju xxxL.. peh tu perasaan rendah diri, rasa mcm diri tak layak disygi...

pendek kata byk negatif dari positif bila berbadan besar.....


jgn la donna aim tuk turun berat...tapi aim tuk gaya hidup sihat...kenapa sy kata mcm tu..
andai kata donna sudah capai berat badan donna impikan, takut donna akan hanyut..sedar tak sedar donna besar kembali..ini dipanggil sindrom yoyo... sebenarya bila kita aim hidup sihat, turun berat badan adalah side effect...

bila donna berikrar tuk jd lebih aktif dan sihat... lebih mudah utk turun berat badan serta mengekalkannya...
bila bangun dr tdo, katakan pd diri sendiri "donna seorg y cergas dan aktif"
~my 2 cent(mcm terlebih cent jer)...dari syik y jugak sorg y obese..ekekeke

pejan stju ngan syik tu.. tp kan klu kita gemuk skali pun x bermaksud kite x blh aktif kan.. mmg la pergerakkan n aktiviti kita terbatas tp itu x bermaksud kita x blh nk lakukan aktiviti mcm yg lain.. mcm pejan sendiri pun wlupun pejan suka aktiviti lasak tp pejan x blh nk bt jd pejan bt aktiviti yg lain wlupun aktiviti x brape disukai.. contohnya mcm hiking.. pejan suka tgk org hiking tp bla x blh nk bt aktiviti tu jd pejan tkr dgn jungle trekking kat tmpt2 yg pejan rsa sesuai.. x semestinya kita kna mengalah pda tbh bdn kite kan??

Kadang2 dalam badan ada banyak toksik yang mana toksik ni menyumbat dan menyebabkan susah nak menurunkan berat badan.  Salah satu cara nak keluarkan toksik ni memang nak kena minum air dengan banyak.  Maksudnya kena minum lebih dari 8 gelas sehari.  Lebih banyak minum lebih banyak yang dibuang.  Boleh juga cuba cara bersauna sebab toksik boleh juga keluar melalui peluh.  Untuk kesan yang lebih baik minum dan makan bahan makanan yang banyak mengandungi fiber.

M’sians think obesity not a disease – that’s the big problem

PETALING JAYA: What really makes Malaysians fat is the perception that obesity is not a disease, said National Heart Institute chief dietitian Mary Easaw-John.

“I realised that it is not just the food or the sedentary lifestyle Malaysians have. Of course, that may have contributed to obesity issues but the main problem is that we do not look at obesity as a problem,” she said in response to the recent World Health Organisation (WHO) statistics that Malaysia had the highest percentage of obese people in South-East Asia.

She said it might be this perception that led many Malaysians to stick to their ways despite the Government's awareness campaigns and its efforts to encourage healthy lifestyles.

“The Government has built parks around residential areas to encourage people to exercise but they cannot actually force people to exercise,” said Easaw-John.

“Often, when I talk to patients who are obese, they give me excuses like my whole family is fat but nothing has happened to them' or my friend said if I lose too much weight I will not look nice'.”

She said the fact that being obese did not directly cost a person money also contributed to the problem.

“It's not like diabetes, heart disease or cancer, where you have to fork out money to pay for medication. If you are okay with being obese, you don't need to spend money,” she said.

Easaw-John said parents were often the ones to blame when their children became obese as “it is their duty to discipline their children and instil good lifestyle habits”.

“There is a need to change Malaysians' attitude towards obesity. We must make them understand the impact of obesity fully,” she said.

Some Malaysians want organisers of functions to cut down on the kuih, which is often abundantly served to participants.

“We are very hospitable and we want our guests well fed,” a media consultant said.

“But this is very unhealthy. We take a break to eat every half hour or so and it doesn't help that at every function, the delicious kuih or nasi lemak is right in front of you,” he added.

yup..badan besar tak bermakna kita tak leh aktif....

syik obesiti..bmi 32..syik hiking jugak...syik junggle tracking... syik jogging...syik masuk marathon...

syik penah jer jogging dgn kwn syik y slim mlim... syik leh jogging lagi lama dari dia....

so sapa kata badan besar tak leh cergas... nak or tak jer...

cara paling senang nak kurus adalah menerima kutukan... berkawan ngan org yang cakap lepas, yang mengatakan yang benar, yang tidak hanya menjaga hati la kunun.... kalo dah 24/7 menerima kutukan...x kan la x nak berubah jugak kot.. selalu berkawan/keluar ngan org2 yg kurus. selalu bandingkan diri ngan org kurus. SELALU MELIHAT CERMIN SEMASA MANDI.



p/s geram bila tgk org yg obesiti tapi dia tak perasan dia obesiti.... minta maaf jika terasa tp utk kebaikan sama2 gak..
