Emma Watson - Emma Watson's Fame Ruins Museum Trips

British actress Emma Watson has quit visiting her favourite museums as she is frequently mobbed by fans while admiring the exhibits.
The star, known for playing Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter films, last month (Jul12) admitted she feels nervous and shy when she is spotted by fans, and now she reveals she's so recognisable, she is unable to indulge in her favourite hobby.
Watson tells The New York Times Style Magazine, "If I went somewhere busy, I wouldn't last very long. I can't go to a museum, I'll last 10 or 15 minutes in a museum.
"The problem is that when one person asks for a photograph, then someone sees a flash goes off, then everyone else sort of... it's sort of like a domino effect. And then very quickly the situation starts to get out of control to a point where I can't manage it on my own."

British star Emma Watson nails the L.A. look in a first official still from Sofia Coppola’s highly anticipated film, The Bling Ring.
The forthcoming movie, which tells the real-life story of a group of fame-obsessed thieves who stole approximately $3 million in goods from the likes of Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan, is slated for a 2013 release.
In the flick, Emma stars as Nicki, the ring-leader of the group, and is joined by a cast that includes Israel Broussard, Taissa Farmiga, Claire Julien, and Katie Chang.
To prepare for the her part in the film, Watson says she simply plopped down on the couch and used a readily available resource.
“I just watched a ton of reality TV,” the former “Harry Potter” explained. “I was doing an English course [at Brown University]. So I would go from reading Virginia Woolf to [watching] Kim Kardashian. I kind of loved it, this mix of super-high and super-low culture. I think it was a nice balance.”
In the first official photo from the film, unveiled via Entertainment Weekly, Watson is seen wearing a giant fur vest, over-sized sun glasses, towering high heels and clutching an iced coffee.
