Hahahha...kalau puak2 dari negara xxx tu...mintak hampun sesangat..aku penah 1 flt dgn bangsa2 ni dari dubai ke cdg...ya allahhh...mintak nyawa hoiiii....beli tix promo tp nak layanan tahap 1st class...pastu sesuka hati dok amik seat passenger lain sampai gado2..

pernah terkena hamun dgn seorg hindia dr India rasanya masa check in ke sebuah hotel sebelah Sg Wang..

aku check in awal, bilik belum siap sbb depa hapgrade, oklah, boleh merendek Sg wang dulu, then pukul dua ptang iolls masuk balik, depan reception tu ada couple tgh buat apa tak tahulah, lama betul ternganga depan tu, agaknya tgh discuss dgn bini pasal bilik tulah kot. Masa tu hujan jd awal tu hotel dah bg pinjam payung then iolls nak return payung tu sambil ambik kunci bilik. Si receptionist tu nampak iolls berdiri belakang dua manusia tu, lepas tu bg signal tunjuk kunci so iolls pun pergilah sebelah pakcik made in india tu dan cakap thanks for the payong also dekat receptionist. Sesuaka hati mamat laki bini tu maki front office staff tu dgn iolls sekali sbb katanya potong Q. Dia bengap ke, brp lama nak tunggu dia bebal sedangkan kita cuma nak collect kunci bilik...dah le bodo, sombong pulak, pantang mampu dok hotel, dan-dan tu perasan kaya....peerahhhhh.

Kat westin lgk bbrp tahun lepas ada wedding 3 hari 3 malam india from Dubai, tak silapnya charter flight masuk dr Dubai semata-mata utk wedding ni kira kaya nalalah tapi dengarnya tension gila staff depa

sikit2 tekan butang
sampai crew disable function tu dr dalam cockpit

Mak berpendapat, yg slh tetap kedua mereka. As a customer oriented business, watever it is the customer is always right and jadi tanggung jawab kita tuk jawap segala pertanyaan dgn sopan dan bhemah. Tak kesah lar  melayu or what, and the customer is who, u should sabar with segala kerenah mahkluk yg dtg ke kaunter anda. Itulah prnsip perkerjaan yg termaktub semasa sign aggrement. so MAS, sack them out for breaching their contract. pullstop.

Tu lah ground crew tu patut diam je, buat dek je wpun bertubi2 kena provoke dgn indian pprt tuh. Kalau I, lepasdiorg dah tak faham sgt lepas I bagi explanation I buat2 main walkie talkie, tengok screen computer etc sampai Manager dtg

Asal kerja bahagian customer service je, si customer je betul. Agak2 la bak marah pon customer. Marah kat perkhidmatan, orang yg kerja sbg customer service pulak tenpat lepaskan geram. Tp dgr melalui video ni si plggn tu dok provok... Abang kedua tu cool je kawal kemarahan. Baguslah.....

Tapi bab customer.service mostly akak sided dgn pekerja Customer Service dari customer.
Akak.dah encounter banyak customer yg bangang sebenarnya dari yg tak bangang.
So selayak nya lah kalau kena cerca balik

Kalau akak pun aka cerca balik jah kalau jumpa manusia bangang tak reti nak.ajar

Kalau sis perhati.kat forum.ini. pun sis akan pwrasan lebih ramai ummah yg bangang dari yg tak bangang kan?

sapa yg racist pada india mesia tu tunggulah sampai korang jumpa yindia mainland...

staff mas ni pun satu
dah tau keling kenapa layan

keling ni ko beri tahu aku kat mama dia takde problem

kat Restaurant dan Hospital pasti ada problem

jika boss ko keling habis lah ko dimasaknya,

kalau kat tadika haguslah tadika tu

knpalah negara aku ramai keling????????????

pernah experience......india nih mmg jenis tak beratur mmg tahap pprt walau kunun expatriate  berstatus high flyer platinum member bagai....

aku mmg pantang org luar biadap kat tanah air aku...sebab tu aku pernah jer bertegang mulut ngan minah salleh sbb biadap sgt....the kind yg “ i pay your salary type"
