tau takpa..hehehe..
sejak makan papa john tu..hadoiii teringat ingat..
mmg kalah habih lah pizza hut dgn dominos tu seme..
mushroom sup dia pun lain..
yg paling sedap is roti yg cecah dgn sauce [sauce apa ehh..bolognese kah atau marinara kah?]
tapi part yg sedap lagik bila makan pizza geget jalapeno! perghhhh...
haa..yg yellowcab tu tak penah try pun lagik..
padahal pot dekat giler..kat Taipan jer..
nampak happening pulok dgn kaler hitam kuning tu seme..
one day harus try! |

Base pizza yang pada pendapat anis sedap, menepati citarasa dan lembut membelai gusi (kalah woooo pizza hut tuuu) adalah yang anis beli kat Pasar tani Mardi setiap hari sabtu tu...dekat dgn hospit ...

ni pizza yg kitorang buat malam tadi (1st time cuba). yg first batch elok sikit rupanya, bulat aje. yg ni 4 segi pasal pizza tray ada satu je

Dough (amik dari buku Kitchen Aid):-
1/4 oz active dry yeast
1 cup warm water (40-46 degC)
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
2-1/2 to 3-1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tbsp cornmeal
Cara2:-
1. Dissolve yeast in warm water in warmed bowl.
2. Add salt, olive oil, and 2 1/2 cup flour.
3. Attach bowl and dough hook, turn to speed 2 and mix 1 minute.
4. Continuing on speed 2, add remaining flour, 1/2 cup at a time, until dough clings to dough hook and cleans sides of bowl. Knead on speed 2 for 2 minutes.
5. Place in greased bowl, turning to grease top.
6. Cover, let rise in warm place until doubled in bulk (about 1 hour).
7. Punch dough down.
8. Brush 14 inch pizza pan with oil.
9. Press dough across bottom of pan forming collar around edge to hold filling Top with fillings and bake at 230 degC for 15 to 20 minutes.
Sauce (amik dari buku resipi Chef Wan):-
60 ml/ 1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 onion (finely chopped)
3 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
1 tbsp chopped mixed herbs (thyme, basil and oregano)
1 can (411gm) tomato sauce in can
salt
sugar
Cara-cara:-
1. Heat the oil, saute the onion, garlic & mixed herbs until fragrant
2. Add tomatoes, salt & sugar and simmer untul sauce thickens. Cool
Yang topping narif layer ngan sauce dulu, cheese (mozarella & provolone), tomato yg dipotong bulat & fresh mushroom, cheese. |

daging...guna tomato puree( lebihan masak lauk) so warna merahnya terang betul!
