Crisco tu brand vegetable shortening..harga dalam RM10-RM11 tapi tak tau brp gram..byk jugaklah..

Shortening ni warna putih, cam mentega bentuk dia..Meow pi cari tempat bahan2 buat cake sure ada.

donut 3 versi...gula, coklat dan sambal. actually dah lama saya teringin nak buat ni... akhirnya tercapai jugak hasratku setelah lama berkampung kat thread ni

lepas ni nak cuba buat cam kak penyu.... yg cocktail donut tu...tp kak tak jwb lg kemusykilan saya.... apa yg kat atas tu kak? breadcrumb ke?

sejenis cecair mcm yogurt, sour cream..boleh didapati kat pasar raya seperti cold storage atau supermarket yg ada jual byk imported products..disebabkan buttermilk mahal..u boleh buat sendiri dgn mencampurkan susu dgn satu sudu teh lemon..
Kalau tak pun substitute kepada sour cream jerr.

salam... nak kompemkan..ni ke resepi donut suria.. saya taks empat selak page saya langkau langkau jumpa ni

Donut Suria
Bahan A
3 cawan tepung
3 tbsp susu tepung
3 tbsp shortening
3 tbsp gula pasir halus

Bahan B*
200ml air suam
2 tsp instant yeast..kalau guna mauripan tak boleh perap lebih dr

salam...

hahaha..gumbire, dah jadik dah donutnye..

tapi sebenarnya, air tu bila dah buh yis kena peram sekejap ke atau terus bancuh dengan tepung?

dan bila masukkan 200ml air+ yis tu... adunan tu mmg melekat kat tangan ke eh?

so sebab melekat kat tangan... ingat nak tambah tepung, takut keras kong pullak.., saya biar je dia kembang tanpa buat bulat bulat (dalam resepi kata kena buat bulat bulat baru peram kan?

masa nak bulat bulat lepas dibiarkan hampir setengah jam, adunan still susah nak bentuk aa, still melekat kat tangan...... so terpaksa buat besar besar

tapi bila dah sejuk dia agak keras, nape eik? ke tak cukup lama masa menguli..

sifu sifu yang mahir buat donut, tolong ajar sat... lagi satu gula nak buh masa bila yek...ingat nak buh masa baru goreng, tapi takut cair..buh bila dah sojuk tak melekat la pullok

anis bukan lah pakar tetapi selalu dpt tempahan donut dari kalangan jiran dan kawan2...
anis tak ingat resepi siapa tetapi memang best donut ni..lembut sampai ke petang ke pagi esoknyer...

200gm tepung high protein (anis guna tepung superfine jer + 1 sudu kecil baking powder, ayak)
20 gm gula kastor
1 sudu teh garam
1 sudu teh yis
140ml susu segar (selalu guna susu tepung anak campur dgn air suam)
20gm mentega atau shortening

tepung gaul dgn gula dengan garam bagi sebati,kemudian buat bulat tengah2, masukkan yis then susu...gaul rata..kemudian masukkan mentega/shortening tu dan uli sampai tak melekat kat tangan (anis terus masuk dlm Bread Maker)...kemudian perap sampai naik 2 kali ganda (biasa tak sampai 15 minit dia dah naik)...kemudian uli lagi..kemudian cetak.

So far buat mmg x pernah keras...sedap, gebu dan lembut.
