tapi kan... kat hidung ni terbau bau cornflakes madu uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu,,,,,
padahal takde pun benda tu kat depan muka

pagi tadi bawak telur rebus 3 biji..
mase sedang menikmati tu, kelik bising pulak..cakap bau telur kuat la pa la..
tensen tul..
last2 makan sebijik je..huhuhu

aku ni mengidam nak makan GCB...huhu..tetiap hari balik opis lalu McD..terliur tengok iklan sebesar alam...

Lunch - Sayur bayam tumis air + ayam goreng 2 ketul

Dinner - Terung goreng bercili + Sup telur + tomato setengah

tadi sahur makan ayam goreng seketul...
buka tadi makan sup sayur...

dah puasa ganti 5 hari..alhamdulillah... berat semakin turun..dan turun lagi...

masa  bulan raya ni tak lalu makan nasi... padahal tak amalkan atkins pon... pelik..masa sepanjang bulan puasa berat maintain je 55kg.. start 3 syawal until now turun pulak.. dah 51kg... risau pulak bila turun mendadak macam ni

apapun cik siti... ko kena tabah..aku menyokong usahamu... semua pompuan nak cantik kan... good luck!

Breakfast - telur 1 biji setengah

Lunch - ikan goreng sambal, sayur bayam goreng, sayur petola, bendi 2 batang

Dinner - daging kambing, telur n sardin

riso betul esok cuti..aku kalo cuti ni..napsu makan meluap2..kalo hari keje leh la wat keje and lupa pasal makan...

kalau tak leh tinggal nasi..buat la diet lain selain atkins...contohnya: diet low calori ke...kat sini banyak je orang share sal diet-diet..bukan atkins je tau..rajin-rajin la selak yang belakang-belakang=)
