last saturday me cuba resepi donut ala jco..sama mcm sweetlily01..
dah lama dah dok bertagak nak buat tapi asik tertangguh jek...
jenuh gilerrr dok menguli dgn tangan tapi turn out very soft fluffy n so yummyyyyy..
berbaloi sungguh lenguh2 tgn membanting doh..
pastu donut ni pun jenis tak jerap minyak bila goreng cuma kene rajin alihkan bagi garing sama rata
kebetulan ade lebihan choc topping utk kek coklat haritu..kita pun test2 celup la...glace icing tu pun first time buat..
kita suka donut kosong jek..cicah kopi o panas..wahhhh
ni lah hasilnya..


yg dlm tray nih me hantaq pi rumah kawan..ade kenduri tahlil
satu adunan dpt byk tauuu...almost 2 tray kuning nih

donut ni kita biaq je atas meja [bertutup la]..hari ahad still dok lembut lagi..tak perlu nak reheat  pun
rasanya i'll stick to the recipe from now on lahhh...mmg pueh hati!

DONAT ALA J’Co
Bahan A:
850 gr tepung terigu “Cakra” / tepung terigu Jepang (Komachi)
11 gr ragi instant
10 gr garam
600 ml air matang

Bahan B:
200 gr tepung terigu “cakra” / tepung terigu Jepang
10 gr garam
60 gr susu bubuk FC
125 gr gula pasir
100 gr telur
125 gr mentega putih / shortening

Cara membuat:
- aduk bahan A sampai rata, istirahatkan selama 90 menit diwadah tertutup, jadikan sebagai bahan biang.
- campur adonan A dengan bahan B, lalu uleni sampai kalis. Lk. 10 menit. Istirahatkan diwadah tertutup selama 15 menit.
- gilas tipis adonan setebal lk. 1 cm, diamkan 10 menit, cetak dengan cetakan bentuk donat, diamkan 10 menit lagi.
- goreng dalam minyak padat dengan api kcil saja hingga berwarna kuning kecoklatan.
- angkat, dinginkan. Beri topping sesuai selera.

di dalam bahasa malaysia standard..

- goreng dalam minyak yang banyak dengan api kecil saja hingga berwarna kuning kecoklatan.
- angkat, toskan. hiaskan dengan topping yang bersesuaian dengan selera anda
.

buat donat...
inilah hasilnya... sy bulat-bulat je agak-agak besar sikit dari cekodok je..
anak and hubby tak gemor donut bulat macam gelang tu..


pehtu buat donut inti ayam ni..


yg berinti ni laju jalan dulu..
byk gak dpt, merasa la jiran kanan dan depan rumah..

my komen, sy lebih suka donut pakai yeast basah..
tp resepi kak liza ni mudah, sbb anytime boleh buat, sbb kat rumah mmg sentiasa ada stok mauripan yis kering tu..

[size=85%].
[size=85%]Ingredients A:-
[size=85%]850gm high protein flour/bread flour
[size=85%]11gm/1 packet instant dry yeast
[size=85%]10gm/1 tsp salt
[size=85%]600ml warm water
[size=85%].
[size=85%]Ingredients B:-
[size=85%]200gm high protein/bread flour
[size=85%]10gm/ 1 tsp salt
[size=85%]60gm powdered milk
[size=85%]125gm castor sugar
[size=85%]2 eggs
[size=85%]125gm butter/shortening
[size=85%].
[size=85%]methods:
[size=85%].
[size=85%]mix A evenly, knead for at least 20 minutes by hand
[size=85%][wayy shorter if u use kneading machine]
[size=85%]till the dough becomes smooth n pliable.
[size=85%]rest the dough for 90 mins in basin covered with cling wrap.
[size=85%].
[size=85%]punch the dough then mix with B.
[size=85%]continue kneading for at least another 20 minutes till it well mixed,
[size=85%]smooth, pliable n no more sticking to the hands.
[size=85%]dust with flour whenever necessary..
[size=85%]rest the dough in covered bowl for another 20 minutes
[size=85%]punch the dough again,
[size=85%]roll n flatten the dough evenly about 1cm thick.
[size=85%]mould with your preffered cutter n transfer on a four-dusted tray..
[size=85%]let the dough rise for another 10 minutes
[size=85%]deep fried the donut till golden..decorate, dust, ice to your likings...  
.

Ninoz/sesiapa yang pernah buat donut Jco,

Soalan saya :  Bahan B tu diadun dulu sebelum diuli dengan adunan A atau masukkan bahan2 B satu persatu dalam bahan A, faham tak soalan saya ni ya?

atau masuk A dulu, baru B?
